I will periodically purge books here and there, but my New Years Day activity is always rearranging my books, getting rid of ones I don't want anymore, and cleaning my library. It's a good chance to see what I want to reread and what might go to other people. I'm extra excited this year because I have a bunch of new books in specific genres so I think I'll have to do a big reorganizing
i keep a box in my closet and as the year goes if i didn't enjoy or not into it i put it in the box. once the box is full i take it into HPB and start again.
OMG!! You guys did a fantastic job!!! 💜💜💜 I love how you guys set up the books and organize the shelves!!! I'm obsessed with the Christmas decor on them as well! And that fantasy shelf in the corner of your library is stunning!!! LOVE IT!!!! 💙📚❄💕🎄
It's turned out cute! I like rearranging my shelves, but I probably only do it about twice a year. The more books I get the harder it is to do the rearranging.
I try to purge as I go. If it’s not something I see myself reading again, something that was just okay, I donate/sell. I just added another shelf because I’ve been trying to rearrange for the new year, but I’m already going to need another. 😂
I love that you are going to read Sandra Brown. I love her early books. Have you ever read Tami Hoag? She wrote some of my absolute favorite books like Lucky's Lady, Cry Wolf, and Dark Paradise. I strongly recommend
I really like the new arrangement of your shelves. You and Tori did a great job. I noticed that you have After Sundown by Linda Howard. That really isn't representative of her work, so if you read it and don't care for it, you might give another one of her books a chance. She has many great books. The most recent one that I like is The Woman Left Behind.
i'm always purging little by little. once or twice a year i will do an entire shelf overhaul to reevaluate all the books that made it through previous unhauls but still weren't read. lol
Do you purge your books after you read them? My husband was hinting to me the other day that there is no reason to keep books if I have already read them ugh..... help

The fantasy shelf and that arc of ACOTAR! 😍😍
I would love to just hang out in her library 😍
I love how you have dedicated cubes to authors 😍.
And now I want another shelf 🥹

I have gone through my books at least 4 times this year and i donate the books or get store credit from local bookstore.
Looks amazing! It makes me want to reorganize my shelves!
It’s looking gorgeous!! 😍
Thank you 🥰
Looks AMAZING!!
Is there a specific way you store or display the book art/bookmarks that you receive? I have so many, but I'm unsure of what to do with them. 🤷♀️
Love it! 🙌🏼 Tori’s sweatshirt is soo cute! 💖
How do you start working for book authors? That's so fun.
i love these videos and have always loved your shelves! so excited to watch!!
I'm shocked the Irish Born trilogy from Nora Roberts isn't on your radar... Unless it is and you're not interested 😂
Love your Nora shelves 😍
Wow that looks so great!!! ❤
