I believe that the suffering of humanity is a spiritual emergency of disconnection. I too have found meaning in these practices, to be spiritually connected, and that connection is what saved my life. It is still a struggle much of the time, but the connection to spirit keeps me grounded and with perspective.
Recovering from a 5 year addiction definitely instigated my spiritual and healing journey. I feel like a totally different person almost 4 years later and i love who I am now. I love life and other human beings for the 1st time in this life. Blessings and peace to all🙏🤟✌️💞ALL💖

Your spirit family/guides/angels, whatever you prefer to call them, are gathered around you, loving you, encouraging you, protecting you. You are never alone. I've been in that place, too. There are so many of us that are here for you. ❤❤❤
In the past ( I am 77) I’ve also felt in a dark place, depression can be such a torment….. I hadn’t realised at the time that part of what I was going through was due to a hormone imbalance. There are so many reasons why the chemicals in our brain are unbalanced which can cause many mental health issues. I also suffered with paranoia. I understand that not everyone can find the strength and will to push themselves to feel better. But as a healer, I would thoroughly recommend you find someone to help to lift your spirits. Try to stop viewing that which is on the outside and that energy is overwhelming. No outside people or things. Allow your own inner light to say hi and don't let anything distract it. All my hopes, you are cared for and listen to Lee.
I have struggled to feel safe and loved, since arriving on this planet. I loved life and just wanted us all to be happy. I didn't know how to love myself and to feel safe, and had many times when the fear or sadness was so great, I just wanted to leave this planet. I actually begged the universe to please help me to leave or to give me a reason to liveand to stay. That is when guides, guardians, and angels began to guide me onto the path of my soul and to the metaphysical guides, resources, and tools. This led me to Louise Hay and Hay House. I was propelled onto the path of my soul. It has been a journey that continues to empty out all that doesn't serve my highest good. I thought I was doing well. Then, the ultimate dark night of the soul and initiation began at the end of 2011 when my mom passed away at 93. I had spent my whole life jumping through hoops to make my mom and everyone happy, and it wasn't working. My mom blamed me for her ending up in long term care, and her parting message to me, when I showed up to visit her, was that I was good for nothing, and I believed it was true. One month later, I fell and shattered my shoulder. I looked up the probable emotional cause in Louise Hay's LOVE YOURSELF HEAL YOUR LIFE. The cause was "Carrying the burdens of the world on my shoulders, not loving myself or allowing joy❣️ BINGO. What a painful wake up call . When they put me out for the surgery, I was hoping to just float away. Here I am, though, and so grateful to Lee, The Portal , to the Z's, and to HAY HOUSE and to all lightworkers on line, who continue to help me to RISE & SHINE. I still have a fear of being seen and heard, and at the same time I realize I have never been alone. I have such a deep love, appreciation, gratitude, and trust in this path of my soul, a journey of love, guided by the omnipotent omnipresence available to all of us, when we ssk,vwhen we let go snd surrender, especially during this great shift in CONSCIOUSNESS going on, on this planet, affecting us all individually and collectively propelling HUMANITY into a healing journey.
