This is the first song I've ever listened to that has made me tear up from the music alone. I've never played To the Moon before or seen it being played, but I've always wanted to play it, because I've heard good things about it. So I have very little context about the game and its story. All I know is, it gets emotional. That's all. I was listening to this while I was drawing and I had to stop, close my eyes and just surround myself with this song. Chi-chi did an absolutely astonishing job with the vocals. And the song... This... I don't even know how to describe how astounding it is. I'm awestruck. This is beautiful. Complete pulchritude. I can't even fathom how much MORE this song will mean once I play the game. . . A few years and youtube accounts ago I listened to this song around the time it first came out, and it never left the corner of my mind. Recently I saw the game was on sale and remembered this song, and so I played through To The Moon in its entirety and I'm positive it's one of the most beautiful games I've ever played and it's one that won't leave my mind for a long, long time.
