I would go with Umbreon since it's basically a night light because it glows in the dark and I love it's shiny form. Second choice is probably Zoroark since it's transformation ability would probably be pretty useful and I like its design. Anyways, thanks for the Dark type Pokedex entries Chicha, you did a great job with the audio, that movement from one ear to another was perfect. Umbreon's shiny form is my favorite shiny form out of the eeveelutions. Nice choices. Umbreon and Zoroark's abilities will be very useful in the dark for sure. The binaural audio triggers are one of my favorite audio trigger techniques so I'm glad that I'm able to use them a lot in my Pokedex videos. I'm happy to hear that I'm doing them well lol. I don't think I'll do anything for 2,000 subs just cause it was so soon but I might try to do something for 2,500 but we'll see 🤔. Thanks again!!

I'd love to reincarnate as Dragapult because he is my favorite and he always has little buddies keeping him company, I'd spend time in the winter with Ninetales because that seems like the type of pokemon that would snuggle with everyone near a fireplace on the holidays, Wigglytuff would make the best chubby furry cuddle buddy for valentines day, and finally a jumpluff because its very adorable and to be frank mom hasn't been having the best of luck with planting so a jumpluff has plenty of seeds on it just in case lol.

Yes! This video was well worth its wait, then again, you can say that about pretty much all of your videos. 😂 But in all seriousness, the effort really shows, specially with the switching between mono and binaural in conjunction with repetition and other effects/triggers. I have to give you credit for the clever reasoning behind the type you chose to make this video about, being that we're entering in the shorter days seasons (at least in the Northern Hemisphere). I don't recall asking you this in previous Pokédex Entries videos, but how do you choose the entry you want to read? I'm asking because, with the exception of the newest gen, there are multiples entries you can choose from for most Pokémon. I knew this, but since this video refreshed my mind, it's always interesting and at the same time disturbing that Mega Evolution it's a painful process for Pokémon. It appears that forcing them to go beyond their natural restraints takes a toll on their bodies. It could also explain why it's a temporal transformation. Regarding the Pokémon I would choose as companions, my first pick is Umbreon. Hands down my favorite eeveelution and a Pokémon I have fond memories of using competitively. Since it's a bulky mon, I used: Curse, Moonlight, Toxic and Payback. This moveset allowed Umbreon to take even more hits, deal decent damage, recover itself and put other mons on timers because of Toxic. Pretty solid set at the time! Another bonus is that I love its shiny form with its beautiful blue rings enhanced by the black of its body. My other pick would be Yveltal, I just like its design and I think it really embodies the Dark typing because of its nature. It's a powerful being that consumes other organisms' life force in order to extend its own life and that makes it a perfect fit for the Dark type also known as "Evil type" in Japanese. It's a reminder that not all Dark types are necessarily Evil, but in some cases their nature can be obscure and sinister. On the other hand, you have examples like Absol that it was in the wrong place at the wrong time and now it suffers from the stigma. In a way, that reminds me of a real life example, the Aye-Aye. This is an endangered lemur species that sometimes gets killed because it's sadly associated with bad luck by the locals. Thank you so much for the video, Chicha. My reasoning for choosing which pokemon entries I read for the video is very simple and straightforward: I choose my favorites, the ones I think are the most interesting or shocking, or the ones I never knew before. I don't really have an elaborate method lmao. If there is one pokemon that has too many entries that catch my eye then I end up doing eeny meeny miny moe 😬. I actually never knew how horrible mega evolution was on the Pokemon before making these dex entries. The way they describe the transformations is so brutal :( Love the detailed explanations as to why you chose those dark type pokemon. Really helps show that you put some thought into it. And to me personally, it's sort of a glimpse into what you look for in a Pokemon 😆. Aww, the poor Aye-Aye. Even though Absol is a fictional character. I'm kind of happy that it's a Pokemon that can fend itself and won't be killed easily when hunted down like the Aye-Aye.
