As a successful Premier Agent, I would love to know why it is a secret as to who the Flex teams are. The last year's leads for Premier Agents have not been in line with the inventory in a zip code. The leads are the poorest quality in terms of price point. The leads don't represent the zip code as a whole. I speak with other Premier Agents, and we have all been experiencing this since Flex came to town. Premier is just sucking agents dry. The ROI is not there. My conversation rate is 20+%. No invitation, as I am not a team.

Thanks for the great information. I take it the 35% is off the GCI? This would be before the broker/agent split?

Yes, like standard referrals, your split doesn't affect the referral $

That is correct! 35% straight to Zillow. Then you split your 65% however you currently have setup with your broker.

Aka NOT WORTH IT. Good Realtors work way too hard to give all of their money away, especially to Zillow who is trying to get rid of us! Yet so many agents just keep feeding the monster. Ugh.

Is Zillow Flex the same thing as Zillow premier?

    • @KyleHandy
      @KyleHandy  ปีที่แล้ว

Hey Lydia, Thanks for your question! Zillow Flex and Zillow Premier are actually two different programs offered by Zillow, each with its own purpose and features.
Zillow Flex is a program designed for real estate agents who want to receive buyer and seller leads directly from Zillow. Agents who join the Zillow Flex program typically pay a referral fee or a percentage of the transaction when they close a deal generated through Zillow's platform. It's a way for agents to connect with potential clients actively searching for properties on Zillow.
On the other hand, Zillow Premier Agent is a separate program that allows real estate agents to advertise their services and listings on Zillow. Premier Agents receive prominent placement and branding on property listings, as well as access to additional marketing tools and resources provided by Zillow.
While both Zillow Flex and Zillow Premier Agent offer benefits for real estate professionals, they serve different purposes. Zillow Flex focuses on receiving leads directly from Zillow, while Zillow Premier Agent provides advertising and marketing opportunities to promote an agent's services.
To get more detailed information about each program and determine which one aligns better with your goals and budget, I recommend reaching out to Zillow directly or visiting their website for comprehensive program descriptions and pricing details.
I hope this clarifies the difference between Zillow Flex and Zillow Premier Agent. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask!

#endcrew great video! As a newer agent on a team, I just had my first savage beating from a Zillow referral deal that I’ll be closing. That 35% stings far too bad compared to the leads they provide. Just an opinion of a new agent, can’t say it’s not for everyone but it’s def not for me lmao.

You need to get off flex and purchase the traffic month to month. The leads are the same except you dont pay 35% which is ridiculous, if it was 10-20% it would make sense but youre pretty much robbing yourself. Its been working for my team and I for years.

    • @KyleHandy

35% is steep. I'd recommend looking into Google PPC ads and cutting out Zillow altogether. Good luck!

How the heck can any beginner agent get these leads when most all of these companies need you to be established!? Usually established agents aren’t in need of leads. New agents are!

You forgot to mention when you join a zillow flex team the team lead also take a cut off the top so after zillow & your teams cut you end up with 35-40% hahah so you're almost working for free.

Thank you for bringing up an important point. You're absolutely right, and it's crucial for real estate professionals to be aware of how their earnings may be affected by various fees and commission splits, especially when working with platforms like Zillow Flex teams.
In many cases, when you join a team or platform like Zillow Flex, there may be additional fees and commission splits to consider. These can significantly impact the income you receive from each transaction. It's important to thoroughly understand the financial arrangement with your team lead or the platform to ensure that it aligns with your financial goals and is fair for the services you provide.
Every real estate professional's situation is unique, so it's essential to carefully evaluate any such arrangements and weigh the pros and cons to determine if it's the right fit for your business.
Your comment serves as a valuable reminder for those considering such partnerships to be aware of the potential impact on their earnings. Thank you for sharing this insight!
