  • KHORTSIANI is an old Georgian stew. This legendary Georgian dish belongs to the culinary heritage of Georgia and is described in Georgian cookbooks. Stewed khortsian is cooked in Georgian villages. Pretty fast, but very tasty and colorful dish of Georgian cuisine.

    RECIPE CHORCHANI (for 8 persons):
    Pork 1.5 kg (marinated with adjika in the evening)
    Potato 1.5kg
    Onion 1kg
    Bulgarian pepper 1kg
    Carrot 1kg
    Eggplant 1kg (soaked in salted water)
    Tomato puree 1kg
    Garlic 1pc.
    Cilantro 40g
    Parsley 40g
    Adjika 1-2 teaspoons
