- KHORTSIANI is an old Georgian stew. This legendary Georgian dish belongs to the culinary heritage of Georgia and is described in Georgian cookbooks. Stewed khortsian is cooked in Georgian villages. Pretty fast, but very tasty and colorful dish of Georgian cuisine.
