as a fresher, my resume score is 80% i mentioned most frontend backend database skills addon skills which experience person has like AWS, Docker, Kubernate ....and iam apply daily to minimum 10 companies, HR's, Career Portals, Stil NO CALLS, NO REPLIES Nothing iam even ready to work with Rs.5,000 or 3,000 then too not a Single call or mgs ....ang the gap is getting wider ... i pray even the enemy souldn't face such situation💗

Take plan B as small level business it would be far better, nowadays getting entry level Job in devops,data scientist, data engineer, full stack is very tough because more than 95% Job openings require minimum 4 years of experience. IT is over crowded nowadays so better plan to go with business even very small level business is far better

Refrals kam nahi karte aaj kal. Referrals bhi karron known persons ka toh bhi, reject hojata hai without an interview.
Before it used to be direct interview for referrals ,now your resume doesn’t have to go through ATS shortlisting rest all is same.

One thing I want to ask - what are the tools used by HRs that shortlists the resume.
As I am Recruiter using tools like JobDiva, CEIPAL, and Bullhorn to sort resumes, match skills, and find the best candidates for a job.
