When I lowered the framerate and made it to go down to 20-50 FPS I felt like I was playing on the PS3 again. It felt weird because since I'm so used to high framerate's, even at the end I did a massacre I would aim worse I'm not used to it anymore I don't know how I was able to play with that FPS back then lol, but I guess It was cool experiencing it again I felt like I was back in 2009-2016.
Yeah I figured out to resolve the bug and as you can see, I also encountered another bug when I'm in control of the helicopter, I couldn't move the camera until I realized I had to hold the right mouse button in order for me to move the camera to see where I was going and that also restrict controlling the helicopter so at the same time, I would have to let go the mouse button in order for me to fly the chopper. But I'm glad I was able to complete the ending eventually after an intense struggle I was even raging a little bit, which my opinion make's this mission the hardest in the game because of the bug which Rockstar's lazy bums probably won't even bother fixing this shii...Now that is out of the way. I almost always find a way to make anything workout :)
