The hands in dino world work but you need a certain amount of hand strength to auto train on the different levels. I make 26qa with max timer boost on gold

The thing in this game is that everytime there is a new update you just grind 24/7 and the more you grind the better you get and bc you need super rebirths and good enchants you just have to keep grinding Wich makes the game fun but also dosent

Train your knuckles so you can train in the walls thing
Night fox you have to grind knuckle strength in the world 4 until you have enough to get through all the walls and then you get your strength at the end

Me and nightfoxx are literally the opposite I hade like 35sp saved for the new world and like 20 sx strength as soon as I got there I could beat the final boss
The thing you want to train in the new space world is vip knuckles it makes your strength go up faster and also the bicep icon thing means every single one I think. But you can train hands to it might take a while to get to the last hand strength but I think these 2 and way better than the barbell in w4

If u put 5 of the same arm I'm the golden machine it give 1 arm with 50 percent boost of that one arm do it u will get a huge boost
