I can see the empty data.xls sheet in my onedrive, but where is the app getting the employee data from, how do you stipulate up who is a manager and the data relationship between employee and manager? Also, how would you set up the public holidays if your organisation crosses state and international borders (each with their own holidays) and store that employee location base? And finally, Why oh Why Microsoft can't I copy and paste the lengthy text from the formula bar into a text editor for easier editing?

I have Powerapps through my employer and I am trying to use this template. However, when I create and save the app, there doesn't seem to be an associated Excel data file created along with it for me to edit. Any ideas on where it may be saved to. It isn't in my one drive.

I've worked on this template with my manager, but we're experiencing problems with it.. Could you help with debugging? We've clicked on the "'Make our own version of the app", and then linked the Excel sheets with the app by replacing the "'Collections" in the code where it needed to be done. However, when we use the app, here are our observations: when I send a leave request to my manager, he cannot see the request in the app unless he connects first in "Employee mode". Do you know how to solve this ?
In other words, when we open the app, clicking first on "Manager Mode" won't give the requests I sent to my manager. We need to first go to the "Employee Mode", then log out and finally go to "Manager Mode" to see the requests..
The PowerApps team is working on updating this app to work with the new connector methods and updating the behavior you are seeing. They should be finished soon and publish the new versions.

How do I change the information on the data sheets? I've watched your videos I either missed it or it didn't say but we don't offer 10 days of vacation, or sick days so how do I change that information? We only do PTO and it's earned based on their hours and how long they are here. We don't offer jury duty. Can this just be deleted?
Hi Todd - Unable to connect the data source. The "Balance Sheet" is not creating an user as soon as I login. Also I updated the holidays sheet and it does not show up in the app

Great Video! Is there any chance you could do a video on creating a timesheet management PowerApp? An app for users to fill in every week to say they spend e.g. 5 days on project x and 1 on project y? Or know any template designs :)?
