I've noticed the day I started talking about my mental health problems, acknowledging them and cribbing about them with my family, Ive veen getting worse n worse over a period of time. It is as if I'm giving energy to it and making it more powerful.

You visualise and talk to yourself that there were no such problem / ailment. Don’t have any doubt about your conviction. See that thing will falling in place. Try to do it as many time as possible ( after one hour and before sleep ). Have my personal experience, things were taken shaped as per my visualisation. Stay blessed. Cheers.

@@believer6304 manifestation mostly depends on an individual's vibration and alignment with the universe. We cannot control other person's vibrations or alignment but here is what we can do......for eg: say ur friend wants to manifest their desired job. What u can do for them is, imagine tht they have already got the job and is breaking the news to you. And u r congratulating them and feeling really really happy for them. Keep replaying this vision in ur mind. And yes you will manifest tht scenario and they will get the job. I hope u understand what i am trying to say...... good luck! 😊

I think it’s all about having a child like heart knowing there’s so many possibilities out there and you are not limited to what’s around you only. Being grateful for even just oxygen or feet for breathing and standing works too. Gratitude is so powerful And talking to the universe/god/higher power (whatever you want) like they are a friend who you want assistance from is key.
She’s so inspiring! And I’m sooo happy to hear that she’s sharing her vibrations and LOA mindset with her young daughter. I already know what a great mom she is and may all her daughters wishes come true (they definitely will with this upbringing and mental nurturing 😄)
