You have a small leak somewhere in the ball. Last ball I repaired I used a new technique but have no video for it yet. Deflate the ball,cut a larger flap in the foam outer surface about 10cm across but don't cut across any of the seams. Then pull out the entire inner bladder,inflate and put it underwater, you'll see a stream of bubbles coming from the leak. Repair the inner bladder as on video, deflate and push back into foam outer layer. Repair outer layer as in video.
@00bayernmunich The inner bladder is repaired with a standard bicycle tyre repair kit - I can't recall which brand I used but any bicycle inner tube repair kit is fine. The outer foam I repaired with Glufix which I buy online. I happened to have some available. I would think any standard strong adhesive would work - most of the pressure is on the inner bladder - though I've only ever used Glufix. The tape to keep the patch down while the glue is drying is standard electrical tape.

Thanks. I tried it and saved my ball. But I deflated the ball before re-sticking the ball skin and got a better cut mark with smaller gap. Might be a useful additional advice.

Ummm....hey @williamizeable- I have a soccer football which is punctured i think cuz everytime i inflate it, the ball just flattens out in a couple of hours.....But I don't know where the hole is! So what could be a solution for that??

you just pump it up, dip parts of the ball in like a bowl of water, then where ever you see any bubbles coming out, that's where the holes are

No once you have the foam outer surface lifted off it's just the same as a normal bicycle inner tube repair
Nice work, but if the problem is with a R. Madrid ball, better throw it and buy a Barça ball !! ;-))

Deflate it first. Put the pump needle to release air first. And how does it have air pressure if its popped in the first place?
