I love how some companys require 2 years worth of using this. When just in 2 mins from this video i know how to use it. Most user friendly thing i have ever seen.
Great job! Again, you were able to explain why SharePoint is used and translate how to use it. So much better than Microsoft people. I actually understand more in 20 min than I did in 45min on their youtube videos.
Back in mid 2000’s I built a mortgage broker intranet platform used nationwide with share point.. I was self taught ... I made over 2 million dollars in 2006 from what I built with this app
SharePoint UI is nowhere close to being user friendly. Basic examples: the info at the left menu; we have notebook. Why note just name it notes instead of notebook. Documents is fine but then you have site contents and recycle bin. Are these not supposed to be submenus of the site contents? Then there is edit links. What links? At the top right corner, you have edit. So we have edit links and simply edit visible on the first page. Another one is Documents on the left menu and Documents at the bottom right. Are they the same or different entities?
As of the date of this content, the look/feel of the current Sharepoint website is so different from the movie, I cannot follow her directions. I was able to work around some differences, but because I am so new to SharePoint, I got lost.
