Thanks man. Everything boils down to practice. Try changing your pick gauge from time to time, that helped me a lot. I used to play hard picks then went down to soft and gradually moved back up to the big boy pick 1.14. I think this builds elasticity and strength in your picking hand. I hope that helps.
