Never take pebbles from the beaches in any country. If everyone does that there would be none left they are there to protect the area from errosion. In some coutries it's a fine Also while you are in Jamaca if you go to Fern Gully DO NOT pick the ferns. It's against the law. The ferns are there to keep the environment cool. You guys are welcome in our country but don't do anything that will cause environmental changes. Be careful in the river. There could be heavy currents and you can get swept away. It happens all the time to people there. If it's raining in other areas there could be a sudden cush of water and that can be dangerious. Please walk on the river banks to be safe.
Countryside best live I love the countryside too Seems Jamaica have the best countryside 😉😂 Because their countryside looks good and the people look good too 😉😂 The people seems good Jamaicans seem to have similar community qualities to Africans One love❤
Btw, the pebbles/small stones were probably once much larger stones which helps to protect the land from the encroaching sea. Over time, the sea water wash and wore the stone down to what you see now. Maybe in 50 to 100 years those pebbles will become fine sand and then part of the land will be consumed by the water. 1 or 2 small pebbles are ok to pick up, unless you are advised no to but if every one came and pick up stones, there will be no beach and land itself will be no more. In some countries they buy stones, even from Africa, for domestic use and to protect the land from the sea.
YO! THAT'S why the Sister is named Grund Gud!.. she has a natural connection to the Earth. Maybe we ALL should recognise the beauty of nature in ALL our countries. Respect to the 2 Sisren
African Tigress you are really enjoying yourself with Colaz and his team, and also you are just like me picking stones and sea shell when I go to the beach and please don't forget your pretty stones. Be safe my sister.Love those stones real bad .❤❤❤❤❤❤
From the little geology I learned in college. It could be Andesite which is a type of igneous rock that is widely used in the construction sector here, especially in infrastructure such as roads, bridges, housing etc.
She's working hard. Jamaica is very hot. I wouldn't be caught walking all over the place like that and i'm from there. I travel in car with AC when I'm there. If you noticed the people who walk in Jamaica are the struggling class.
These stones are formed from the erosion of huge rocks that were brought down from inland by the rivers. If you notice the sand is different in Negril. The island is unique in the sense that we have several types of beaches here. The ivory-colored calcareous variety (the broken-down skeletal remains of dead corals) and black, brown, or gray detrital sand (the result of the weathering of the island's rock).
I’m here my heart going boo boom when you’re picking up those stones, if those stones are what I think they are then they have healing properties. That black sand beach you’re on usually happens from volcanic eruption but Jamaica does not have an active volcano like other islands so that could be from neighboring islands that has active volcanoes the ocean is definitely maritime and a form is transportation even for rocks stones and volcanic debris. ❤

Hi AT, Jamaicans are always inventing some sayings or other. Eehsah is often used if someone tells you an interesting story or event or anything of interest, even something troubling. The person listening may say, at the end, Eehsah. Which could me, it happen like that or really. Tek yuh time, is often what your parents say if you are trying to do something too fast or you are in a hurry. Colaz has made these sayings his own and you would only hear that from a real Jamaican.
One Thing I Noticed AT, while I was In Nigeria, the eggs from the chickens that roam around freely are so tasty, very flavorful, the eggs we buy from the grocery store here in U.S. have NO Taste . 👊🏽❤🖤💚
They do. He's breaking the law but he's in the country side. The cops aren't patrolling like in the capitals of each parish. He will put it on if he's going into the capital. In Kingston they do wear them.
We do have to wear our seat belts in Jamaica, it's against the law and can be charged. In the country side where there are no police in sight people will take a chance.

Hi Clima. Did you say people wait until the common fowls die, then they eat them, and that you don't eat the female fowls?. If so, that's very peculiar, and probably only done in your area. That does not represent Jamaican's treatment of the common fowl. Jamaicans do not eat things that die of themselves, and they certainly eat the female common fowls.
