This was one of my favorite slots for quite a while. We have a 5 cent version here in Tampa that can really pay (and really eat $$ too) Nice video... I really enjoyed it. Thanks for posting!!
its really good on that machine if you get a wild chain going....dang now you gave me an itch to play that machine on jackpot party casino in my facebook games..lol...way to go and happy new year..
This game is so much fun. What a good way for you to close out the first day of your new year. What a good way for me to close out tonight. I sort of remember an alien abduction game from before, but I'm to tired to check. Until tomorrow.
Nice win for .05 cent bet. Was this video edited at anytime. I noticed that at 1:27 you had $87.95 credit you had a win at 1:31 it was at $ 88.45 and then at 1:34 you were down to $83.75. Just an observation
Thanks! It was a 50 cent bet (2 cents x 25). The credit values that you saw may have looked strange because I edited out dead spins. I try to indicate when I do this type of editing at the start of the video where I will put "Edited" or "Highlights" in the title.
sorry about that just a typo error. nice win just the same. I guess one does not have to play high stakes to have fun and to have a decent return on a low bet
RandomLiving This is actually the only time I've played this game. It was played in Red Hawk. I d, ecided to play it because I was playing the machine next to it and someone was playing the Planet Moolah game - making all kinds of noise. I decided to give it a try later that day.
Question: I'm thinking of changing the style of videos next year to show more of the highlights instead of the raw live play that DBG is now. I'd edit out a lot of the dead spins. What do you think?
looks like this was trending for alot of back and forth. Its combo frequency was good but not at a peak and it gimped alot of wilds but you got into a good free spin run so it "couldnt help" be be profitable.
TrentonMercerAirport.Info Those folks at the slot machine companies are always trying to come up with clever twists on words - they probably come up with these names on Thursday's after work while sitting in their local bar...
with this game since you cant really alter its overall pattern by stopping or interrupting its "reel" you kindve just have to watch how each particular machine trends..Ive seen it play cold for days and finally start alternating on a new machine..but if you see someone quit while its still giving at a high frequency, its worth a quite a spins to see if its still on a "good reel". If it does alot of near big wins but doesn't even seem to actually be giving little wins it might be on a really cold reel trend or it might be actually about to pop(in my experience This particular game doesn't "pop" if its lying alot. It is fully capable of generally lying for the next 2 months.) To me with this particular game the lying is actually a pretty bad sign. in that case if i play and get a good win I take that and either switch machines/game or play for fun on the absolute minimum bet. In cafes some games you can see how their playing and get an idea of if the machine itself is ready to pay out or cold this is not one of those games imo. (Ive seen runs where its obvious the game is on a win reel but the machine is cold and you can tell its cpu controlled programs are insulating the games from the legally required RNG to pad the probability outcomes so you get weird effects when the programs are going against each other). I'd say its because the reel cannot be manipulated and they don't "spin" independently. The symbols however they are loaded "offscreen", all fall at once and do not "shuffle" or skip past the screen at varying speeds-some being influenced by a RNG. So the result is they are gonna land in the same sequence they were initially generated. whether its something relevant to an RNG calculation that happens a few lines up/off screen or possibly (and it seems to me) relevant to the moment the game was activated. In either case it has no opportunity to deviate from its generated reel and unlike many games there is no way to force it to do see even temporarily. Whatever influence the RNG has on its operation is not obvious to me. That being said this game seems to be generally programmed to drop some pretty fun wins every so often and sometimes trend for really big fantastic wins not even counting the bonus round, but its hard to tell when its legitimately cold and just "lying"or clipping in or out of a big trend of wins..I guess thats where the fun is...but I wouldnt call it totally unpredictable..Its kindve easy to see what its doing but hard to tell WHY(for better or worse) its doing it.
The PRNG (Pseudo-Random Number Generator) used in modern slot machines use a very long "cycle" of multiple billions of random numbers before they repeat this cycle. The cycle for one machine that is now about five years old is more than 30 billion. So, the pattern of PRNG numbers repeats itself after every 30B+ numbers. If we say that the PRNG number changes every millisecond, the result is that the PRNG cycle repeats about once a year. Note that this is for an older machine and slot companies have probably improved the randomness since then due to some known "bugs". But, let us assume you're playing one of these older machines. Any PRNG cycle has its "ups" and "downs". There will be periods of time when the PRNG generates a higher concentration of "big wins", and other times when it generates a lower concentration of those big wins. So, yes, a particular machine can have periods of time when it feels "hot" or "cold". However, to really know if you are playing during one of the PRNG's "hot" periods is just about impossible in modern machines because you need to be able to collect a lot of spin data to figure it out. That said, a well known Russian gang has done just that for some much older, less sophisticated slot machines. They got some of the older Aristocrat machines and reverse engineered the software. They then went out an recorded the spin patterns of a machine in a real casino. These patterns were then analyzed on a computer to determine where in the cycle the PRNG was. Based on this knowledge, they went back to that same machine and timed the pressing of the spin button to try to catch the "hot" periods of the PRNG. They were successful enough (some of these gang members are still out there) to consistently come out a winner. The architect of this scheme now claims that he is no longer doing this, but he also claims that he can do it if he wished on even the newest machines in casinos today.
@@RandomSlots Thank you for that insight. Its true that the numbers that this tech is dealing with are astronomical and near impossible for a conscious mind to parse even if we had ready access to the specific statistical data for any given machine that would be necessary to create a useful profile of probabilities to take advantage of. My info is all based on anecdotal usage as a chronic minimum bet player It is not unusual for me to spin a single game or small group of games for hours accumulating thousands of spins in one evening (keep in mind the games do normally pay back at rates that can keep a minimum bet playing for hours with even a modest bank..sometimes I've felt guilty hogging a machine for so ong not making ANYONE any real money and often losing what little I brought. xD) Nevertheless I've found that whatever the mechanics behind RNG are each particular GAME(I tend to play cabinets that have more than one game installed) behaves differently in terms of patterns or cycles (eg how frequently wilds symbols appear and how closely they appear to "bonus" symbols.) There are some who will insist that there are no patterns and that its totally random and whats on the screen is not consistent with any format. My experience is that generally speaking that is utterly FALSE. Also having a background in programming allows me to imagine WHY there are patterns. The fact is even if it were MEANT to be fully random it wouldn't be..thats just a mathmatical factor of reality. I digress, my conclusion is that each game is built by a programmer who KNOWS they can't control the RNG but they can control how the game implements RNG in its operation. The same way a game creator might put in a random variable in a complex equation with other variables and some constants to determine how much damage a player character does when it hits a monster. I'm saying all that to say that I agree its virtually impossible even for our computer brains to know with any measure of full certainty if it has found a truly mathematically "hot" machine and even if we do find one it doesn't guarantee win for any given spin because thats the point of having rng influence the process..BUT the certainty doesn't have to be absolute to be noticeable. One thing I didn't know is that PRNG has such spike periods/cycles that you mentioned. I could have assumed it based on just real world probability factors. (eg flip a coin with two sides and the more you toss it the overall result is going to be more near to 50% for each side statistically because the probability is 50% for each toss even though its theoretically possible to get 100% the same side every time.) I could have guessed what you said but I definitely didn't know it had been tested and never gave that much thought. What I've been trying to master with some inconsistent success is that while certainty is never assured due to the complexity,RNG influence and quite frankly human error factors (eg nerves) it is possible to get "reads" on many particular games. This is basically noticing that some games tend to allow randomness to directly effect the appearance of symbols while other games RNG seems to influence the virtual "spin" of reels namely their respective speeds moreso and not really spawn symbols randomly. The brain can take advantage of those types of consistent "reels" because it can (autism helps) identify probabilities of what might be coming next based on what has already appeared. In this case it is possible with alot of experience to learn the frequency of symbols and attempt to react and bet accordingly with a relatively smaller size sampling of spins. I've had a hard time explaining this but the best way I can is to say think of those games as deck of cards or chess boards yes they might shuffled but you know there are only 52 cards and a specific number of Aces per deck. If you just spin and got 3 aces on one screen you know that your next spin is not likely to contain more than 1 ace until you shuffle deck or in seemingly consistent reel games..reach the beginning of the generated "reel" again. Thats just an example of the logic I'm using based on my experiences. Some games even seem to recycle the same reel but it could just be probability loops created by the fact that what I'm often doing is playing games that I can "page" ie stop so quickly the reel columns don't get to really spin away from each (the probability doesn't get to really regenerate a radically new or different equation doing this techniques is how I know RNG does not spawn symbols randomly on the screens* at least not of cabinets. Perhaps the completely digital online games it do this more often..and I do play some cabinet games that might do this for certain symbols or a certain number of symbols per stop.) other so I'm landing pages of symbols only about 3-5 lines apart depending on my nerves, stamina and how fast the game allows stops to proc. *given the speed of RNG calculations it would be very improbable that one can stop a game and see any of the same symbols that were revealed to their eyes remain on the screen after they pressed the button, and those same symbols to land in the logical position relative to where they where when you saw them. The symbols(stacks are a good example to test this) had to be generated to at least remain consistent as long as they are revealed to the players. I'm sure I have a poor understanding of how PRNG influences slot games and cabinets but like I always say anyone who does is probably not allowed to play them. ;D
I meant to go on about how our brains are good at detecting patterns even with only partial information eg facial recognition with a face that is party covered. But we'll al agree I've written enough for one post lol, sorry for that.

Happy Moo Year! Nice play. That machine has good entertainment value.
spazztech Luxx Thanks! It certainly is big on getting your attention! Happy New Year!
I haven't played this in years! Completely forgot how it can put out sometimes =). Congrats - awesome bonus round with retriggers.

Good thing you followed your intuition. The one big win I ever got was played at Redhawk and 2cent machine - wonder if it was the same one...LOL
I'm guessing yes
This slot has a Bose sound system. The audio is phenomenal!!!
Crank it up!

This game is great. The only thing that could make it better is if the game was called Invaders from the Planet Moo..Not moolah
