As per indian laws if any passenger car sold to endusers need parts and services support for 15 years after stopping production. Here this car having lot of unique components which are custom build it will be very difficult to source. Tata Nano shell used here to manufacture neo. Keep in mind Tata Nano petrol components are more costlier than Maruthi 800. So more volume lessor cost. Same way Maruthi 800 service done by every automobile workshop however Nano can manage by very limited experts. Go and buy a Tiago EV and enjoy the life with better safety and performance. Tata Nano breaking is not that much efficient.

4) as of my understanding , all electric cars are tail made to ther requirements, how can we get parts if some part in electrical component gives us a problem.
