upgrading the upper alch once more and using the 2nd Psi ability mid wave worked for me. I was able to upgrade the 2nd mermonkey during the next round.
After getting xx3 ace, darts will give more pops due to pierce if alinged from where bloons spawn. essentially giving the upgrade more value than center.

The first time i played this map, i didnt realize the ice collapses and lost hella towers 😂

I had to take the ice to 4-2-0 to avoid defeat on r98 (ahhh the dreaded gold border) but smooth as butter otherwise. Cheers!

v45.3. died on 99, but worked on retry
Didn't work for me. Some things got more expensive, the 204 upgrade from second mermonkey came late in r99 and then it wasn't enough.

to use pierce at max the darts need to hit frontal
