I never cared one bit about sin whatsoever for over 40 years because I enjoyed sin . All that changed 4 years ago when I realized I was worthy of eternal hell and needed Jesus Christ to save me . and shortly after I Believed on The Lord Jesus Christ. Ever since Jesus has delivered me from 30 year cigarette addiction and drugs but in no way did I do it . Nor do I feel like I'm sinless but still struggling every day with anger, impatience, and sometimes I stumble hard but I can't do this without The Lord Jesus Christ who I need every second of every day .
Its okay mate, we all messed up. But the fact that you acknowledge lord daily and build a relationship with him is all he wants of us thanks giving and a relationship. The same as you want with your kids
Anger and impatience are the main sins. Don’t focus on habits. The cross is not reacting or defending self when others attack. To forgive and return good for evil is the glory. Too often we focus on smoking and and outward sins. When we should be focusing on the inward sins then the habits fall off without effort.
Almost word for word my own testimony, the only difference is God placed me in a fork of the road 5 years ago instead of 4 for me to choose His way or continue my way and because of pride I almost past His way up but I was humbled and I choose Him. Reading His word daily was the only thing I had never done so that's where He told me to start inwhich I after a while I failed but realizing i hadnt read in 3-4 days I cried out begging Him to give me the desire to thirst and hunger for His word daily, so because i had to ask Him i have to give Him the glory because boy did He ever answer that prayer. Reading daily to get to know who Jesus is is when I come realize I had broken all of His moral laws deserving nothing more than hell but Jesus Christ paid my debt of sin on the cross. That's when I found the true value in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Guys I use to be a addicted to weed, all kinds of different pills, cigarettes, fornication, and lying for almost 20 years, it wasn't easy to let go because thats all i had known but God stripped away the desire I had to live in addiction one at a time until all of that mess was gone and if He can do for me I promise He will do it for you but remember you will either pick up your Bible or hang on to your sin as long as you are a doer of Gods Word.
@ read Hebrews and 1 John. Or any epistle. Or the gospels and read what the word focuses on. “Thousands strike at the branches of evil while only one strikes at the root” the great transgression is man living his life without God. Why is that called the great transgression?
If you believe in Jesus Christ as savior and that God has raised him from the dead and called on his name you shall be saved. Unforgiven sin is not believing in Jesus Christ as savior.
hey davis thanks for reminding what the unforivable sin is , cause recently at service the preacher said if you say oh my censoreship God thats a sign of blaspehmy which really really really distressed me i was so afraid of blasphemy i came home and imediately searched on youtube world about blasphemy and turns out that the unforgivable sin is being a atheist and not believing in God , so i thank you so much brother for reminding us of the unforgivable sin , jesus says if you love me you'll keep my commandments.
I have an urgency to share this dream I had some time ago. I was crying in my prayers because I have cancer and was asking God why-why-why! When I went to sleep, I dreamed of a giant quonset hut ( it's a half moon metal corrugated building). I could not see the end of this building on the outside, but inside, there was a wall with a door about 50 feet or so in. There was a "watcher" at the entrance sitting at a desk (it was an open entrance with no door). I was sitting at a small table with one chair near the back wall. I got up every few minutes to look outside near the front entrance - everything outside was so beautiful. The "watcher" would get up, run to my side and ask if I was OK. I would say yes, then go back to my table and sit down. This happened several times when I woke up and heard a voice say "we just want you to have peace". I was pretty surprised because I usually don't dream. I have never told anyone this story - but I felt an urge to get this in writing. I go for more next week on Monday - please pray for me. Perfect timing brother…really needed the reminder. Thank you for giving the real gospel. The online community is flooded with that narrative of stopping sin on my own, and living perfected. Always making me feel like there’s something wrong with me. So I thank you, and thank God for raising up brothers like yourself that are putting out the real truth of this walk.
@@johnmoorman6482 sinning is a choice I’m a truly born again Christian and I committed a sin I didn’t even realize was a sin and God left me but thankfully he restored me I’m lucky he even came back when Jesus says go and sin no more that’s really what he means sinning is a choice in my case it was an accident and he left me for about 2 months after I fought with him 2 nights ago he finally restored me God is not a game neither is your life I learned the hard way
If I have to be sinless …and if gaining or keeping my salvation depends on me… I’m damned. I struggle with doubt a lot because it seems like the harder I try more things come my way. When I start feeling like I’m getting closer to God… I mess up and don’t realize it until right after. I feel so bad and I’m so sick of myself.
We Are All Unworthy but God saved us anyways. We should seek to be holy but if we mess up we should have a heart of true repentance, Thank You Jesus for saving us!!!!
I had no idea what blasphemy of the Holy Spirit was, all I knew was that it couldn’t be forgiven. My fear led me to never seeking wisdom on this to be freed, and for a while I was caught up in literally chains of fear that I had committed this sin. But God brought clarity on this day. His timing is perfect. Praise the Lord❤
Amen. Praise Jesus for what he did for us. What he did was perfected. God bless you and your channel. I just found your channel and it’s a great blessing to have found your channel.
Ephesians 2:8-9 ~ By GRACE through Faith, my faith is also a gift, we are all sinners that can saved by Grace. Be humble…..🙂 once saved always saved, God / Jesus does not unfriend US . We fight not against flesh & blood, spooks suck, Christ gives us power to battle
The same Jesus who bought us with His blood will see us through to the end! If you believe, you will be saved! We will not be free from sin until death (Romans 6:7). We are to contend with sin in our lives, not embrace it. A true believer will be chastened by the Lord. If you're not being chastened, you should examine yourself (Hebrews 12:6-11).
Great message, Brother. Falsely believing your works can earn the righteous requirement for Salvation is also blaspheming the Holy Spirit. You are rejecting what Christ Jesus has already done for you by shedding His perfect Blood on the cross. As He gave up His Spirit, He said: "IT IS FINISHED." Tetelestai = debt paid in full. He paid your debt to ALL of your sin.
Good message. You really have a knack for simplifying the Word. I struggled for several years after going thru a divorce years ago, then remarrying 8 years later, after learning some "religions" teach I should divorce my current wife to not go to hell.
We sin in thought, word, action and inaction…. Sin points us to the need for Christ. Obviously fighting the flesh and fighting those sins is key, but we aren’t sinless and won’t be here.

"On that day, you will know I Am in My Father and you are in Me and I am in you." (John 14:20) Mark 16 15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. 17 And these signs will accompany those who believe: In My name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; 18 they will pick up snakes with their hands, and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not harm them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will be made well.”
@@AbbeyLane721 There may have been something you need to do which is still missing from your purpose. I don't know your situation but I suggest pray with all your heart. You must seek God for God to find you and return to you.
@Abbeylane721 Sounds like you are going on feeling rather than faith. Once you've HEARD the Good News message ( 1 Cor.15:1-4) about Jesus dying for your sins and BELIEVED it with all your heart, you were SEALED with the promise of the Holy Spirit. ( Eph.1:13, 14) The seal is good UNTIL the day of redemption. ( Eph.4:30) You're locked in. Jesus NEVER breaks His promises. He said " I will NEVER leave you, or forsake you". ( Heb. 13:5) A lot of people believe in God, they just don't believe in what He says.
“In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it, to the praise of his glory.” Ephesians 1:13-14 ESV
I respect what u are saying, sin comes in many forms, we all fall in one way or another.. Once we accept Christ, the "walk" begins and through the ups and downs we dont lose salvation rather show our "maturity". Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is a paradox, cannot lose Him once ya got Him, cannot reject Him if u dont know Him✌️
I have been doing sin willfully and i want to repent and i have done it. But sometimes i dont feel bad if i do something that is wrong in Gods eyes, i know when i do something wrong but that does not make me sad and that is the thing that scares me. I still go to Jesus and ask for forgiveness and try not to do it again but at the time i do something wrong it does not make me sad it just makes me realize that this was wrong i need to repent right now. I still want to follow christ i still want to read his word and i still want to be like him more and more everyday. I have been crying because i know i have been doing very bad in my christian life. Have i reached the point that i have done the blasphemy against the holy spirit?? Can everyone please pray for my coincidence that God heals it, God fills me with his holy spirit, that God shows me that if there is something in my life he doesnt like, can you pray these things for me i need help😢
Yes an unsaved person will sin and have no guilt over it they won't care. A saved person will still sin but will run towards repentance instead of away from it. There's a big difference between living in sin and struggling with sin.
The unpardonable sin is blasphemy against the Holy Ghost, which is attributing the supernatural works of Jesus Christ to demons or the Devil. Very few people have ever done this. Most of the Pharisees did this. So, don’t worry about this. You must remember that the there is a difference between what Jesus spoke of during His ministry and what Paul wrote for Gentile believers.
Exactly, we are sinners, we will always be sinners, we are not perfect. That’s why the way to heaven is narrow, it’s narrow cause there’s one way and that’s Jesus Christ.

Romans chapter 7:14 is a beautiful description of the struggle that Believers go through. I am not doubting that. But look at chapter 8 and it almost seems he is saying something completely different that we are no longer walking sinfully at least that's what I am getting when I read chapter 8. The Eastern churches believe it is before salvation and to be honest when I read and meditate on it that is what I'm understanding as well. Taking Romans chapters 6-8 in its context. So maybe a good request would be a more extensive study on this matter for one of your videos . Thanks and God bless
Sir. I stopped clinging to Christ a while back and gave up but I still want to follow the lord but I’m afraid I’ll keep messing up. But I now feel like it’s too late for me to come back now.. is it too late for me?
It's never too late as long as one lives and don't be afraid take heart for Jesus overcame the world that means we have hope that's Jesus we have access and the privileged to be forgiven and that we just ask for his help everytime no matter how hard it gets and see truly how much God really willingly loves and keeps loving unconditionally just to spend time with him and don't give up on the race they are waiting for you even right now they are with you just be truthful just ask Jesus he will help you
Let me tell you from my experience: I PROMISE you God wants you back. I worried the same thing; if God would take me back after drifting away from Him for so long. But let me tell you, God always wants His people to return to Him. Zechariah 1:3 says "This is what the Lord Almighty says: 'Reurn to Me and I will return to you'." Also in Luke 15, Jesus speaks about how God and the angels in heaven rejoice when someone repents and turns back to God. So to answer your question, it is not too late for you to follow the Lord again. And do not be afraid of messing up. His love for you isn't defined by what you do, but of who He is. He will wash you clean of your sin (Psalm 32). Take it from me bro I felt super scared about this too, but He showed me that He is still there and He wants people to come back. :)
For you to even have those thoughts and sentiments within yourself. That tells me that God is calling you back home. Just like The prodigal son. Come back. I ran away for 15 years and God always use pastors and other people to gently bring me back to the fold. Remember God's mercy endures forever. Not yesterday not for 2 hours not just for tomorrow not just for today. God's mercy endures forever!!!! Amen 🙏🏾🙌🏾 come and get it because God arms are waiting love you 🙏🏾❤️
1 John 1:8-10 8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
Last thing a person knows their saved simply by believing in the Gospel (Good News) of Jesus Christ, that he died on the cross for our sins according to the scriptures and that he was buried and rose again the third day according to the scriptures. (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) Also confirmed in the book of revelation when John had a conversation with the angel I believe in heaven. And I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said unto me, “See that thou do it not! I am thy fellow servant and one of thy brethren, who hold to the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” The Testimony of Jesus Christ is The Gospel as outlined in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4
We need to learn to listen, because if we truly want to be in Christ as the scripture says in John 10:27-28 "My sheep hear my voice. And I know them, and they follow me." Do you hear His voice? If you do you will be changed and become less conformed to this world, and more like Jesus. I've enjoyed listening to your videos, thank you.
There is something very unique that happens to an individual when one is Born Again! It happened to Paul, the thief .the centurion etc…anyone know the answer??? It is a sign that displays that a person has been truly Born Again!! Eagerly awaiting the answer!!!
Trent, I truly like your videos, but I would like to illuminate that the unforgivable sin that is mentioned in the book of Matthew, Mark and even Luke is a specific sin the religious leaders so Jesus Christ in the flesh performing holy miracles of God, powered by the power of theHoly Spirit , Even with all of this amazing evidence, they refused to admit the truth, and they described his miracles to an unholy source. What they did cannot be replicated today in its exact manner, but the one thing you’re right about is when a person like those religious leaders becomes so hardened in their heart that they no longer desire Christ at all they end up with the same kind of results, a hardened unrepentant and unbelieving heart will lead to separation from God.
I can see that you have a heart for teaching. This is admirable, just read James 3:1 and meditate on it. So many nominate themselves and end up being a curse to those they teach. Take it very seriously, most people are biblically illiterate and they are too lazy to read their bibles. They get tossed around by every wind of doctrine and it’s sad. If you are going to do this, please learn the basics of biblical hermeneutics and exegesis. A lot of people read themselves into the text and completely botch the interpretation. A verse will never mean what it never meant to the author and it’s recipients. Nail that part down first, then apply it appropriately. The only caveat is that it can become too academic, this cripples many theologians (dead faith). The The Holy Spirit is the teacher, just learn the basics of interpretation. You have the heart so just close the gaps when it comes to dividing scripture. Anyway, God bless you sir and may he equip you abundantly for teaching.
The sin is telling the Lord Jesus Christ to his face that he has a " unclean Spirit " ! Nobody can commit the sin again until the millennial reign of of the Lord Jesus Christ when he is on the earth again ! MARK C 3 V 29 - 30
A person knows they are saved because once Born-Again in Christ, every single detail of a person's life changes completely. One will change 100% in everything, all relationships, all activities, all desires, all emotions, all thoughts will be entirely changed. Being Born Again in Christ happens when these happen: John 15:26/27 and John 14:20.
@@gatorflea2788 It's been my experience and what many others have told me also. Are you saying that when GOD finds a person, that it's not a big deal nor life changing?
@2Timothy4.1.4 I don't promote any divisions. I did try to tell family and friends the meaning of Proverbs 30:4. Most people simple refuse to study and apply The Gospel, although they do attend church. I don't really understand the divisions in light of 2 Peter 3:8-9.
Literally EVERY person in the Bible that is heavily mentioned was a sinner and yet they were still chosen by God, Paul ran away from God, king David was as you said, Jacob was a cheater, the disciples alone were the most loyal to Jesus, stood by Jesus, and still didn’t believe even when they saw the things he did yet they were chosen bro
That fact that you’re worried shows you haven’t. That’s the Holy Spirit convicting you right now. Which is a good thing. Make the choice today to let him be the lord of your life.
@@bradfisher5374 John 6:40: "And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day." Put your faith in Jesus Christ alone as your saviour and you are saved my friend.
@@bradfisher5374man i have been recently in the same situation. But if you confess to Jesus that you are a sinner and tell him what have you done and ask for forgiveness and turn away from those things and trust that Jesus forgive you. Now ask him to fill you with the holy spirit and follow him. Yes read the bible yes pray for him to guide you, go to church, study the bible. Tell people about it. Keep doing these even if you fall..
The Lord gave me Romans the seventh chapter years ago to encourage me also, but you also have to live a holy life before the Lord. Holiness without which no man she’ll see the Lord yes we are going to make mistakes, but we do need to confess our sins and for sake, not only that but the end of the seventh chapter says I thank God through Jesus Christ, who gives us power through the Holy Ghost to the holy. He that is born of God doth not commit sin
It's clear from scripture that we are saved by grace thru faith alone and not of works lest any man should boast it is the free gift of God...again we're saved by God's mercy and not of any righteous works we have done...so if we're not justified by our works then we cannot look to our performance as an indication of our salvation...the way to know you are saved is if you believe the gospel or not. That is if you believe that Jesus died to pay for your sin and was raised for your justification then you have become God's child with eternal life. Period. Again Jesus own words...whosoever believeth in me has eternal life....notice He doesn't say anything about performance law & sin...So do not fall from grace and start looking to self as having any part of earning or keeping salvation....Jesus came to save sinners and He keeps us we do not keep ourselves. 🙏✝️
You just lied David didn’t confess his constant struggle with sin He had a string of sin, and when his sin found him out, he had a broken and contrite heart and repented before God Turned from his sin, and did it no more That’s why he was a man of after the God’s own heart
Thanks for saying that because this video almost makes it sound like it’s ok to covertly sin as long as you still cling to God. But the truth is … read James. God does expect transformation
Well, the good thing is the Bible has a test I mean, we know that life is in Jesus So it sounds to reason that if we know Jesus, we have life If we don’t know, Jesus, we don’t have life The problem is Jesus said Manny will think they know him, but he will say the apart from me I never knew you But the Bible has a test to no truly whether you know him or not And that’s in first John chapter 2 If anyone says they know him and does not keep his commandments is a liar, and the truth has not hit him Same thing as Jon 15 we do nothing to get put on the vine and we can do nothing without his power But if we’re on the fine, we have his power however we have to keep his Commandments in order to remain on the vine If we do not, we are cut off and eventually thrown into the fire
Nope we're saved not by any works of righteousness we have done but thru His mercy...God's command is to believe on the One whom He sent that is Jesus 🙏✝️
@appointedaday it's the context in which you worded it. Its not by works alone that gain you salvation, it's grace by faith and In doing so, it's because you LOVE Jesus Christ with all your heart, soul and spirit that you keep his commandments, all he asks is that you keep the 1st commandment and the 2nd, and that means you will keep the other 8. 1st commandment is loving God above all else 2nd commandment is loving your neighbor as you love yourself
The law was given as a mirror to convict us of sin in our complete inability to keep it...itvis a ministration of death...it never made anyone righteous...and to love God and others is in fact the summation of the 10 commands of the moral law....if we could be justified by law then Christ died in vain....you are mistaken ...but a righteousness apart from law has been revealed in Christ....thats why we need to believe the gospel that He is the propitiation for our sin and has become sin for us that we might obtain the righteousness of God. David said blessed is the man to whom God does not impute sin and the just shall live by faith...like Abraham he believed God and his faith was counted to him as righteousness
@ amen I agree we are not under the law of Moses Or circumcision Which is why Paul. Said 19 Circumcision is nothing and uncircumcision is nothing, but keeping the commandments of God is what matters.
Has anyone tasted a difference iChicken ? Seems different , perhaps from change of feed , or all those constant chemical trails . Texture is different , now tastes very bland , the fat separates . Has anyone noticed ? Just wondering , Amen ...
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; 9 not of works, so that no one may boast. 'have been' or 'maybe will be'
1 John 5:13 I have written these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life. Heavy emphasis on knowing. We know according to The Word.
Id say that's more of a symptom of the unpardonable sin. The unpardonable sin is denying christ unto death. In doing so, you no longer care about your sins. Many calvi ists say "if you dont feel bad or remorse for your sins, it's a sign you aren't saved." But that's against the gospel because it's saying that you must feel remorse to be saved. I know of a man who cannot feel bad for any of his sins and he is saved anyway. His name is David wood. He's a clinical psychopath who got saved in prison when trying to prove to his Christian cell mate that he was "better" than him. He heard the gospel and changed his mind and got saved. Now he has a channel on TH-cam called apologetics roadshow. So, feeling remorse is a way to come to repentance. But it's not a necessity.
As Christians, we are told not to grieve, or quench the Holy Spirit. For a Christian living today, it is impossible for them, to blaspheme the Holy Spirit. The blaspheming of the Holy Spirit, took place, when the Pharisees, attributed the miracles that Jesus did, as being performed by the power of Satan. So; for a person to commit this particular sin, they would have to be present, when Jesus performed these miracles. Just like there are no Apostles, in this day and age. With the exception of the Apostle Paul, you would have to be hand picked, by the Lord Jesus Christ, to be considered an Apostle: those Apostles, whom Jesus chose, were eyewitnesses of his ministry: they saw him in the flesh.
Find a true Apostolic church, obey Acts 2:38 and believe Jesus for the promise of the Acts 2:4 Holy Ghost/Spirit baptism. There are many false teachers on TH-cam who think there is a way around this but there definitely isn't just like Jesus said John 3:5.
A Hypothetical Dmboola is a native African pygmy from the region now called the Republic of Congo, the year is 200BC. Dmboola is married according to native culture and tradition and has a family. People sin without knowing they've sinned. Faith in Jesus is the only person that can save you. We cannot, not sin, our Lord knew humanity was doomed without a savior. He sent his son Jesus to make the perfect blood atonement for sin. You will sin, no matter who you are. If you so much as have a bad thought you have sinned. We all have bad thoughts.
No...salvation is based on belief...not on feelings or performance....if you've believed that Jesus paid for your sin and was raised for your justification then you have become God's child with eternal life...now it's about renewing your mind & perfecting of conscience to be fruitful for His kingdom 🙏✝️
Being a unbeliever , rejecting the blood atonement of the Lord Jesus Christ , is the unforgivable sin today ! Because nobody alive today has seen the Lord Jesus Christ on earth , but in the millennial reign it will be possible to commit this sin again ! The sin is to tell the Lord Jesus that he has a "unclean Spirit" ! God forbid !
I think you should start and end your videos by reading the direct quotes from The Lord Jesus Christ. If you have a topic you want to present to the internet world, give Glory to Jesus.
Unforgivable sin, is knowing the holy spirit and its works and denying it. Taking the Lords name in vain. A fellowship with the Lord and you deny his power. Lack of faith. We die to ourselves each day. Our flesh will never win. It is are spirit that benefits. First sin is another word for captivity. Captivity of the spiritual wickedness in high places. There is freedom in christ. There is no more condemnation. I'm far from being perfect, but God wants fellowship walking with God like many others in the Bible. For this is why Jesus came to set the captives free. I no longer think of sin, my sins are forgiven. It's knowing sin, what it is and who it is. The sin of the spirit is corruption of the mind for the mind is where the eye is, if the eye is single the whole body is light, but if the eye be evil it is full of darkness. Fellowship with THE Lord is the prince of peace, heaven ly peace on earth. He is the cloud by day and pillar of fire by night. The truth shall you free. Jesus said, to the pharisees, if you see with your eyes, your sin remains, meaning we are to worship in spirit, that means our thoughts are transformed into the Lords and we see through him and live through him. Worship in spirit and truth. The church had pushed sin so much that people don't see Jesus. They see condemnation. His word is true, his arm is stretched out still, his grace and mercy are forever. Ask yourself if you believe that and you except Jesus, why are you not focusing on having a relationship with him like David did? A general question for anyone. I'll tell you why? Because so many are brainwashed thinking about sin and can't see the Lord. Thinking about sin won't get you into heaven but a relationship with the Lord is. The kingdom of heaven is in you with the new spirit and laws written in our hearts. Jesus said I lay my life down so I may take it up again. Jesus lives in you. Hence I can do all things through christ who strengthens me. The kingdom of heaven is already In you. Just as David said, the Lord has given me rest from my enemies on all sides. Rest from mental torment and wicked influence from the wickedness in spiritual high places. Free from a seared conscious. God's kingdom is not of this world that is why we need to seek the kingdom and through the spirit of Jesus he will show you all the mysteries and bring you peace that surpassed all understanding. The house of David shall be restored. Seek him and he will come to you. The portal openeth to those who seek him diligently.
Wow, what a way to twist Roman seven Try reading Roman six through eight And be honest with it Weigh in Roman 70 he turns around and says I speak to those who know the law And the entire chapter is about what it is under the law That we had to die to the law just like we had to die to sin in chapter 6 Not any law, but the law of Moses And what’s the solution thank God for Jesus Christ And then what does he do go into Romans eight and explains we cannot walk after the flesh Because if we continue to walk after the flesh, even as a Christian, we will die We will not live we will not have eternal life Only if we walk after the spirit and mind the things of the spirit and not the things of the world
Hi Trent, where in scripture does it say it is the holy Spirit's job to let us know how bad we are doing, you said at the 6 minute mark that no good thing is in you, if Christ be not in you, you are none of his, but if you are saved by grace through faith, then Christ comes into you by the holy Spirit who is called our comforter. Philemon 1:6 That the sharing of my faith becomes effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus. You also said we will never defeat sin, and that is correct, that is what Jesus has done for us when he took your and my sin on the cross and made us the righteousness of God in him, the saved man no longer identifies as a sinner, we identify as a saint, Paul said in Romans 1:7 we are called saints, 1 Corinthians 1:2 we are called saints, 2 Corinthians 1:1 Paul said he was with all the saints which are in Achaia, read verses 3-5 says God is the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort, the holy Spirit is called the comforter, Satan is the accuser of the brethren, not the holy Spirit. It seems you are confused by the role of the one who is the accuser and who is our helper in time of need.
@@EugeneHolley-rc6ry The Holy Spirit CONVICTS us of sin. We all sin daily, through negligence, through weakness and through our own deliberate fault. If we are clinging to Christ in our struggle against sin, the Holy Spirit will convict us that what we are doing is wrong. That conviction leads us to confess our sin and repent of it. If we confess our sin, He is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
@@MicheleNealRaptureReadyUK Hi Michele, the holy Spirit convicts the lost man of sin, the man then knows he is a sinner and is in need of a Savior, but the saved man is not being convicted of sin, we no longer are not aware of what sin is and that it brings death. You are totally correct, we then confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Jesus died once for sin, once you have been cleansed you are as white as snow, he remembers our sins no more, we have been justified, we have been made the righteousness of God in Christ. Once saved you are not in need of being shown you are a sinner, that is understood by the believer, God is not convicting the believer, Satan is who accuses you, not God. I think we may be more in agreement than not. Blessings.

It's true, one's empathy for others becomes a priority. 17 And these signs will accompany those who believe: In My name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; 18 they will pick up snakes with their hands, and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not harm them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will be made well.”
Again, you are wrong, Sir. The job of the Holy Ghost is to direct people to Jesus Christ and what he did on the cross, period end of story. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved and thy house. The unpardonable sin is rejecting Jesus Christ. It is not about living a clean lifestyle or doing good or stopping sin. I don't know what part of The Gospel you don't understand. The good news is that Jesus Christ paid it all. THE GOSPEL is NOT that Jesus Christ blood only paid for the sins that you're good at stopping. While we were dead in our sins,Christ Again, I rebuke you in love. You're teaching people that living a clean lifestyle is what saves them when it's all about what Christ did and his sacrifice. Believing on him is what saves a person's soul not doing what's right and living clean. You are back loading THE GOSPEL You're telling people that it's a free gift but then telling them they have to continue to walk a certain way to be saved. That is blasphemy. That is a false gospel. That is saying that God himself doesn't keep his promises. What you're doing is blasphemy. You're saying we need to prove salvation. Wrong, wrong wrong. Salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in CHRIST alone. That's it. End of story. You need to quit joining discipleship with salvation. That is Calvanism. Please stop lying to people. Go to my channel. There are tons of solid sermons in my play list...
15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.
Brother. I love the video. But blasphemy of the holy must be taken thru scripture. In Matthew 12:22-37…Jesus drives a demon out of a man and the Pharisees said that Jesus was using the devil essentially to drive out demons. And Jesus goes on to say that how can the devil divide his own house. Contributing the works of what Jesus came here to do… Like healing this sick, driving out demons, but the forgiveness of sins… and attributing Jesus‘s work of the Holy Spirit or from God and attributing that to the devil is a blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. If the Holy Spirit is God’s power, and God is love… And God, so love the world that he gave us Jesus, all of the good works that Jesus came here to earth to do are out of love. And if you’re contributing the LOVE works of God… to the devil. That ain’t good. It’s another reason why God is so awesome. He’s saying he loves us so much he’s forgiving us for any sin other than the sin of contributing his good works to the devil. LUCIFER, SATAN is quite literally “blasphemy against the holy spirit”. Dude was in heaven & rebelled. Pride. Etc etc. Ezekiel 28:13-19. Also, Jesus saying in the book of Luke that he saw Satan fall to earth like lightning. That’s my take anyways. Thoughts?
That’s not biblical you can’t be you can’t go from death into life and then have a seared conscience and lose your salvation so you can’t lose your salvation. Once you’re born again you’re sealed until the day of redemption. You can’t change scripture of my friend. You are definitely a false teacher.
Amen Doug, I'm right there with ya. Thank you Jesus for the Blood that washes us clean with His righteousness ✝️🕊❤️
Where does baptism fall into this. Christ directly commands repentance and baptism Matt 28-16
The baptism is with the Holy Spirit, not water. ( Acts 11:16; Matt. 3:11; Luke 3:16)

The online community is flooded with that narrative of stopping sin on my own, and living perfected. since we are to look for the fruits in others to determine our associations I figured we should also look for the fruits in ourselves as well.

Legalism at its finest.
We can make mistakes. But a saved person will not live in sin.
Literally everyone is living in sin, there's not a single day that goes by that you don't sin.
Depends on how you define living In sin. Cause we all sin everyday. In one way or another.
We sin in thought, word, action and inaction…. Sin points us to the need for Christ. Obviously fighting the flesh and fighting those sins is key, but we aren’t sinless and won’t be here.

Sounds like you are going on feeling rather than faith. Once you've HEARD the Good News message ( 1 Cor.15:1-4) about Jesus dying for your sins and BELIEVED it with all your heart, you were SEALED with the promise of the Holy Spirit. Good word you are telling the truth.
All have fallen no one is good no not one just Jesus
The unpardonable sin is blasphemy against the Holy Ghost, which is attributing the supernatural works of Jesus Christ to demons or the Devil. Very few people have ever done this. Most of the Pharisees did this.
So, don’t worry about this. You must remember that the there is a difference between what Jesus spoke of during His ministry and what Paul wrote for Gentile believers.
I hope you are right dear sir, cos im struggling
If you say that you are without sin, the truth is not in you....... they can rally against scripture all day long, and THEY DO!!!
Exactly, we are sinners, we will always be sinners, we are not perfect. That’s why the way to heaven is narrow, it’s narrow cause there’s one way and that’s Jesus Christ.

Absolutely true, thank you for clarifying.. I was looking for this correct response..

Brilliant analogy of what the world is , a sinking ship.
Sir. I stopped clinging to Christ a while back and gave up but I still want to follow the lord but I’m afraid I’ll keep messing up. But I now feel like it’s too late for me to come back now.. is it too late for me?
It's never too late as long as one lives and don't be afraid take heart for Jesus overcame the world that means we have hope that's Jesus we have access and the privileged to be forgiven and that we just ask for his help everytime no matter how hard it gets and see truly how much God really willingly loves and keeps loving unconditionally just to spend time with him and don't give up on the race they are waiting for you even right now they are with you just be truthful just ask Jesus he will help you
It’s not too late. Harden not your heart and hear that voice calling out to you
Let me tell you from my experience: I PROMISE you God wants you back.

Last thing a person knows their saved simply by believing in the Gospel (Good News) of Jesus Christ, that he died on the cross for our sins according to the scriptures and that he was buried and rose again the third day according to the scriptures. (1 Corinthians 15:1-4)
Also confirmed in the book of revelation when John had a conversation with the angel I believe in heaven.
And I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said unto me, “See that thou do it not! I am thy fellow servant and one of thy brethren, who hold to the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”
The Testimony of Jesus Christ is The Gospel as outlined in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4

I think I may have committed the unforgivable sin.

There's this man on youtube who say the holy trinity is false and that you can completely stop sinning . I don't know what to think of him.
I’m worried that I have committed the unforgivable sin. I lived in sin for a long time. I don’t know if there is any hope left.
That fact that you’re worried shows you haven’t. That’s the Holy Spirit convicting you right now. Which is a good thing. Make the choice today to let him be the lord of your life.
@ How? I want to but I don’t know what to do. I pray, I read the Bible. I don’t know what I am supposed to do.
@@bradfisher5374 John 6:40: "And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day."
Put your faith in Jesus Christ alone as your saviour and you are saved my friend.
You just lied
David didn’t confess his constant struggle with sin
He had a string of sin, and when his sin found him out, he had a broken and contrite heart and repented before God
Turned from his sin, and did it no more
That’s why he was a man of after the God’s own heart
Thanks for saying that because this video almost makes it sound like it’s ok to covertly sin as long as you still cling to God. But the truth is … read James. God does expect transformation
Are you saying a beleiver can lose salvation if they dont "cling to christ"?
Yes, and that is a false teaching
Well, the good thing is the Bible has a test
I mean, we know that life is in Jesus
So it sounds to reason that if we know Jesus, we have life
If we don’t know, Jesus, we don’t have life
The problem is Jesus said Manny will think they know him, but he will say the apart from me I never knew you
But the Bible has a test to no truly whether you know him or not
And that’s in first John chapter 2
If anyone says they know him and does not keep his commandments is a liar, and the truth has not hit him
Same thing as Jon 15 we do nothing to get put on the vine and we can do nothing without his power
But if we’re on the fine, we have his power however we have to keep his Commandments in order to remain on the vine
If we do not, we are cut off and eventually thrown into the fire
Nope we're saved not by any works of righteousness we have done but thru His mercy...God's command is to believe on the One whom He sent that is Jesus 🙏✝️
@ I just quoted much scripture sorry your comment does not make it all disappear
1st commandment is loving God above all else
2nd commandment is loving your neighbor as you love yourself
@ amen I agree we are not under the law of Moses
Or circumcision
Which is why Paul. Said
19 Circumcision is nothing and uncircumcision is nothing, but keeping the commandments of God is what matters.
Has anyone tasted a difference iChicken ? Seems different , perhaps from change of feed , or all those constant chemical trails . Texture is different , now tastes very bland , the fat separates . Has anyone noticed ? Just wondering , Amen ...
Anyone who claims they are saved has 0 idea. We are told to approach our salvation with trembling and fear.
What?! Are you saying nobody can claim they are currently saved? 🤔
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; 9 not of works, so that no one may boast.
'have been' or 'maybe will be'
@@christianforreal Are you currently in Heaven??? Exactly... Believing in Jesus is all it takes
1 Corinthians 1:18 doesn't exist at all
1 John 5:13
I have written these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.
For a Christian living today, it is impossible for them, to blaspheme the
Holy Spirit. The blaspheming of the Holy Spirit, took place, when the Pharisees,
attributed the miracles that Jesus did, as being performed by the power of Satan.
So; for a person to commit this particular sin, they would have to be present, when
Jesus performed these miracles.
Just like there are no Apostles, in this day and age.
With the exception of the Apostle Paul, you would have to be hand picked, by
the Lord Jesus Christ, to be considered an Apostle: those Apostles, whom Jesus
chose, were eyewitnesses of his ministry: they saw him in the flesh.
A Hypothetical

People sin without knowing they've sinned. Faith in Jesus is the only person that can save you. We cannot, not sin, our Lord knew humanity was doomed without a savior. He sent his son Jesus to make the perfect blood atonement for sin. You will sin, no matter who you are. If you so much as have a bad thought you have sinned. We all have bad thoughts.
I cant feel bad for my my sin, that means that i blasphemed against the holy spirit?

Wow, what a way to twist Roman seven
Try reading Roman six through eight
And be honest with it
Weigh in Roman 70 he turns around and says I speak to those who know the law
And the entire chapter is about what it is under the law
That we had to die to the law just like we had to die to sin in chapter 6
Not any law, but the law of Moses
And what’s the solution thank God for Jesus Christ
And then what does he do go into Romans eight and explains we cannot walk after the flesh
Because if we continue to walk after the flesh, even as a Christian, we will die
We will not live we will not have eternal life
Only if we walk after the spirit and mind the things of the spirit and not the things of the world
Hi Trent, where in scripture does it say it is the holy Spirit's job to let us know how bad we are doing, you said at the 6 minute mark that no good thing is in you, if Christ be not in you, you are none of his, but if you are saved by grace through faith, then Christ comes into you by the holy Spirit who is called our comforter.

The Holy Spirit CONVICTS us of sin.
Blessings.
Exactly
(This is How You Know If Your Truly Saved.) You cannot turn your back on your fellow men in need, no matter if he is Adolf Hitler of Mother Teresa... So, when you pass a needed person on the street, and it means nothing to you, God is not with you...

Wrong explanation.
You explain like that, no different from the legalists. The ones who cry out for people to "repent of their sins to be saved".
Thoughts?
Only God the Father knows if we are truly saved.
That’s not biblical you can’t be you can’t go from death into life and then have a seared conscience and lose your salvation so you can’t lose your salvation. Once you’re born again you’re sealed until the day of redemption. You can’t change scripture of my friend. You are definitely a false teacher.
Repent and believe the gospel
could elaborate a bit further?
