@@Al4___ yeah i also dont think theyd do too bad! Tubbo and 5up are both good rsr and meltdown players and 5up and grian (i dont know how good scar is) are both very good at buildmart. I think theyd dominate in rsr also since theyre all very cracked with elytra. Id fear for pkt and ace race though since i dont know how good any of those are except 5up.

Something about Scar and Tubbo’s comedic timing just works so well together.
Tubbo’s hyper vigilance to any situation just contrasts so beautifully with Scar’s completely oblivious, and relaxed nature; it’s the funniest dynamic.
Meanwhile Scars mischief for murder while tubbo is oblivious to the mischief

For anyone who was wondering, the world border was closing to seriously reduce lag when the lava rises. Because the world border was so small when the lava started rising, less blocks need to be updated every time the lava rises.
TLDR;
smol world, smol block, smol lag
or simply to induce the panic
@@mrsquid_ it certainly does achieve that goal, but if you look at all lava rising maps, the world border is always very small. It started big so that Tubbo and Scar had plenty of access to any resources they would need, but reduced in size so that the lava updates wouldn’t crash their computers. The panic that resulted from that design feature was an added bonus.
Grian and Tubbo being in the Scar Anonymous Survival Session, makes sense though, because they both are complete S.A.S.S. as is.

mixing wood (easy to collect) with a few non-burnable blocks is usually the best tactic

Yeah, there aren't a lot of flat places to build, but, to me it just encourages more interesting builds, castles on the side of a mountain, a network of little homes and bridges in a huge cave, a house that goes uphill...
It's way more fun to me than just flattening the terrain for the hundredth time
