Actually i created sns topic and sns subscription i have deleted my sns topic and subscription is under pending state how should I remove that or delete that does i get any charges for this

Yes, Sure. You can.
Just tick on recipients (multiple or check all). Then create message for sending.
But, be sure that, you subscribers love that Topic.

Hi Varun, Once you receive notification on your email ,there at bottom you can unsubscribe the notification.
