Also judging by the title I assume its the boss theme of satori. A remix of it

Touhou is a series of independent bullet hell game, very famous for his lore, music and his huge community.
The song here is a remix of "Satori Maiden - 3rd eye", the theme of Satori Komeiji, the boss of the 4th stage of Touhou 11 : Subtearrian anemism.
She is the master of the old Hell, she can reads people's mind. In the game, you fight her because you are searching for the person responsible of an incident.
