I know! When we moved from FL to CO I was worried we would be so far from the famous Georgia peaches, but turns out Colorado has a huge peach scene out in Palisade, CO which has some incredible peaches. I love peach season and am so happy we have a local one here. Hope you are doing well :)

That's what I'm hoping for! I'm also thinking about doing more banana peels and creating a big but thin layer over the top, we'll see :D
