    The listener is guided through a hypnotic session to help them relax and prepare for sleep. He explains that hypnosis is not sleep, but it can lead to a relaxed state that easily transitions into sleep. The listener is instructed to focus on his words and to pick a point to stare at while listening. A simple exercise is introduced where the listener breathes in with their eyes open and breathes out with their eyes closed, imagining their body relaxing with each breath. The listener is encouraged to continue this exercise, gradually relaxing their head and experiencing a tingling sensation starting from their feet and spreading throughout their body. The tingling sensation helps the listener relax even more, and as they continue to breathe and focus, it spreads through their legs, hips, chest, arms, and eventually their entire body. His words and suggestions guide the listener's mind to relax as well. The file ends with he using the word "sleep" to signal the listener's body that it can fall asleep if desired. The listener is instructed to take off their headphones and sleep well.

    My hands were twitching alot throughout the video but at 6:30 my shoulders were twitching, and at 7:55 my stomach was twitching. This was so relaxing. Thx Nimja!

    Thank you for a bit of rest. With everything going on in the world today it's harder than ever to sleep at all, let alone soundly. I know I've said it many times, but I felt I should tell you again.
    Your voice is synonymous with peace and calm in my mind, to the point where sometimes I don't even need to know what you're saying to be relaxed. Just the tone of your voice and the feeling it creates lets me drift. ❤❤

    You did a similar video 9 years ago! I'm scared to get used to it and stop falling asleep, but it's where I go when I really need it, it's very rare for me to last until the end :) I'm really happy to have typed "nimja sleep hipnosis" and see this new video. I fell into a coma thank to it yesterday and I'm back for seconds today.

    I struggle with sleep most nights
    I usually take Melatonin to help me fall asleep
    Sometimes, even that dosent help
    Nimja’s sleep video work like a charm
    Whenever i have trouble sleeping, i just play any file
    And by the end of it, im asleep

    Haven't been sleeping well and I thought this would help... It did, but I jerked awake a few minutes later - one of those full body twitches where you feel like you're falling. (I think it's called a sleep start?) Probably going to stick another file ahead of this one and try again.
