I’m heartbroken and shocked to hear that Jennifer passed away on Jan. 3 2024. I will miss watching her videos and your reading sprints together.

I think the informal readalongs, the live shows, the zooms are the way to go as well. I too feel the necessity to read in a more relaxed way, no obligations. I don’t want to be burned out again.

I am in my 8th decade so I don't set goals, other than it would be good to get to next year. I will try and read as much as possible, though there are so many books and not enough time. Whatever you decide to do good luck to you.
It sounds like you have made some great decisions for the upcoming year. I will miss your wonderful VLOGS (as I have been in a few, LOL), but you are now allowing yourself some time to socialize and remain healthy. GREAT choices, Christy.

Inflation. Is crazy. It’s so frustrating and almost a sticker shock every time I go grocery shopping .

I saw today on X that there's unrest, to put it mildly, between N and S Korea. Apparently N was firing into the noncombat zone or near it and S sees it as a threat. You might want to see what you can find out about that from non mainstream sources.
Good day, Christy. This is "gore vidal." I began a book channel under LibroParadiso. I think the Bible, especially the King James version, is endless. It's like the universe in the palm of your hands. It's no wonder one returns to it for the rest of one's life.
