Great videos! Thanks! I really wanted Taskade to work for me (coming from Dynalist and love infinite outlining and nesting) but the limited tag and search features just don't cut it. Also moving items around is pretty limited and takes a lot of manual dragging - when projects have many many blocks it just is not ideal at all.

It's weird that you seem to START in a sublevel because it's really for a collaborative process than individual use. Thanks for this input.

I've been searching for useful #tag advice for days, and finally, in your Organizing section here, you showed a halfway viable way to actually use #tags with tasks. Thank you! I'm curious, are you continuing to use Taskade now, a year later?

Thanks, Lee! I don't use Taskade, I just reviewed it for this video. I am using TickTick currently.

@@LucasPrigge I'm not sure I can keep using it either, without sortable tag results - and clearer context on Todos.

do you get a notification on phone about the task like an alarm or something??

For due tasks I believe just email. Here's a list to all notification settings: help.taskade.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016117293--Push-Notification-Settings
