18650 Li-ion Battery 5 in parallel each 1200 mah

6000 mAh. In general aprrox 70 hrs.if sleep mode enabled then it will run longer.

You didn't install the ESP_Mail_client library to your arduino ide

No this sensor can only detect small distance or any obstacles in front of it
