Right very cool speech rin, in the visual novel bad end Rin breaks within a day of receiving the same worm treatment that sakura received for years.

Know this comment has been awhile now, but there is reason for that outcome. Sakura has been trained as a mere 'tool' or 'weapon' than a proper mage at a very young age when that happened, meanwhile Rin has been locked up in separated dimension created solely for torturing her in her current age. As a proper and adult mage whose body was already trained Tohsaka way and inherited Tohsaka's crest, it makes sense her body will reject the worms quickly and more destructive than Sakura.
