What do you mean a plug-in pressure cooker made a lot of noise? That makes absolutely no sense they are absolutely 100% quiet far less noises then running a microwave LOL. I get that you're trying to sell Tupperware but holy cow don't lie

No this thing is absolutely way more dangerous than the actual pressure cooker and does not do meat, turns out like shoe leather do not buy

The symbol about not adding water means not to try to cool the cooker down under running water which is what is often done with metal stovetop pressure cookers. Nothing about cleaning! Lol
