I dont know if he'll respond but my advise is don't deposit all your money in an account, instead deposit a bit of it E.g If you have R5000 in your back account, only deposit R1000 or R500. That way, that fear of losing won't be that bad coz you won't be losing your whole life savings. It will help with your psychology.
