On several occasions, scientists were about to attempt an experiment that they believed COULD kill everyone on the planet... And did it anyway. Several times

There are currently man made viruses deep inside of secure labs which could wipe out most of human kind if released. This isn't a rumor. I watched an entire special on killer diseases, and an Army General was mentioning it.

2:58 There are still Force Majure incidents like the one given in this item, one can significantly increase their odds of safe drving if someone practices a defensive driving technique I call "driver empathy."
You imaging the actions that could be taken by another driver that could result in a collision, and prepare to mitigate that should it happen. Example: even in the passing lane, typically called the "fast lane", but that's a bit of a misnomer) one should not remain in the fast lane UNLESS you are indeed the fastest moving traffic. If someone comes up behind you, you're not the fastest traffic. Get over.
Second to that, even if you are the fastest moving traffic, do not pass a vehicle on your right at more than 10mph (speed differential). Should that driver suddenly vere into your lane, you shouldn't be surprised by that.
Always keep your vehicle in proper functioning condition, and learn how to handle the vehicle should you hit an obstruction, hydroplane in a puddle or get a flat.

People seem to think it's magic to try thinking ahead of what other drivers may do and their lack of cognizance causes so many accidents. That really needs to be something that is hammered harder in drivers ed. My driving instructor was adamant about that and I think that helped me to be a good driver. At 40 I've only been in one accident so far as the driver and it was single car and my own stupidity but because I've been taught to prepare for other people doing something unexpected I've managed to avoid every time someone else could have been the cause. Even the time a brake line blew when someone pulled in front of me and I had to slam on brakes. Although I think I only missed that one because my ass cheeks clenched so hard I pushed the seat through the floor into the asphalt and that helped stop the car. 😂😂

And you are absolutely right.....there are procedures that include dual authentication....they aren t the most robust because the whole thing has to be done pretty quickly...but in case a president loses his mind...is blackmailed...or just rogue...there are precautions and 4 kill switch systems minimum on every piece of nuclear ordonnance so that they can be disarmed after launch.

Our species is experiencing a major fertility crises and birthrates are falling so far so fast that the world will experience a civilization ending level demographic collapse later this century unless everyone starts having more kids, right now.

True...I read about this in 2005 and it was a big motivator to open boundaries to other nationalities that are knows to have larger families. Racists were complaining about jobs while our population got fatter...older...and lazier. But in 2024....even countries known to encourage large families are reproducing less and less...right now....the average north american family is 70% smaller on average than in the early 1900s and large families imigrating in are 40% smaller. Cost of living?? Sterility?? Lack of time??? Our overpopulation is not just gonna fix itself...it s gonna go a step further and bring us closer to extinction.

The dual slit experiment doesn't exactly explain that ANOTHER PARTICLE can be the observer because if you notice the experiment fires single particles so if there were extra the experiment would follow the same results EVERYTIME
