These homes are overpriced. I don’t blame the seller I blame the buyers. The America dream is dead for 1st time homebuyers. I see if these homes 200k -275k. Are some of these home builders smoking dope? How is $400k and up is affordable for a starter home for most first time home buyers. I certainly see why the homelessness population is growing at a rapid rate. Sad times in America.

You do have great points, but there are other locations around Las Vegas that are new build communities that are priced much lower, primarily it's about location, location, and location. The same townhomes driving up northwest are priced much lower.
