This puts aside the formula that most tiny home plans adhere to by putting ALL the living area together. I use my bedroom much more than my kitchen, and love that it's so accesable. Very unique!

This is one of my favorites so far. I think this idea is not only spacious but also pretty luxurious for a small space . An introvert like me would definitely love living here on rainy afternoons and guitar weekends on summer nights . This design will never be a boring space to live in😍😍😍

The laundry under the stairs caught my attention. I like this use of space. Also like the loft you can stand up. Nice kitchen! Never thought about dining upstairs by the loft railing. I like it!

Just when I think your designs could not get any better, you surprise me with this superb design. I have never seen a tiny house with the kitchen upstairs but I love it. Cooking smells would rise so a much better idea to have the kitchen upstairs rather than the bedroom. It also gives you the option to dine out on the balconey. Fantastic. Well done. Makes it easier to keep the kids separated and out of my kitchen while I cook but they would still be in full view so I can make sure they're not getting into trouble too. I LOVE the loft kitchen idea. I'm a single mom saving for a tiny home. And this design is too perfect!

Love this layout. Read all the other comments and was amazed with all their wonderful and awesome insights. They're all correct. I couldn't agree more. People go home to rest from the hustle and bustle of their busy lives that's why I agree that the bedroom is downstairs. Of course next to it is the comfort room/bathroom which is really a necessity after sleeping. The laundry area beneath the stairs is a great space-saver. Eating upstairs is a cool way to reenergize remembering how as a child, we love to eat atop a tree or a tree house. So refreshing indeed. I would like to mention having any body of water situated on the left side of any room, house or yard (not behind the house) when you are inside any room or house facing outside will surely improve the energy of loyalty and faithfulness among people living in that house. Thereby relationships grow stronger that is why I like this particular design. Notice where the bathroom, laundry and kitchen sink are when you face outside the main door of the house in this design of yours. It's correct and promotes more loving, faithful, and loyal relationships. Kudos to you, Rassel. ❤

Kitchen and dining up top and bathroom accessable through the bedroom, washing machine tucked away from the living area thereby reducing sound and visibility from the living area are all intelligent design ideas. Great thinking and original!

This would be a very comfortable house for a single person or couple. It's really nice with bright lights windows everywhere and lots and lots of fresh air. Really nice.

On the outside I know overhangs are needed, but I always like to have it seem more like a porch, for outside living

I feel inspired! Never thought of putting the kitchen upstairs. That's a very revolutionary idea. I might consider this for my retirement home. Would be nice if I could build something like this somewhere far from the city.

What a lovely place 😍 I definitely would live in this tiny house! I love that you locate the kitchen upstairs next to the balcony and the bathroom is not in the bedroom. To be perfect for me I would add a small office to work remotely.

Hi. Very nice. I like you can get from bathroom to bedroom without going through living room !! For older folks, a downstairs bedroom is great. People will burn calories going up n down those stairs, with n without groceries. Very nice concept. Peace to you and yours

我看過別人設計的房子，還是建築設計師你的影片最好看.我很喜歡看.你設計每間房子內外部分設計都很漂亮又溫馨.房子內外顏色柔美耐看.家具高尚.物品擺設方位藝術，二十幾年前台灣現有第四台.我看過緯來日本台房屋翻修整建也不錯看.我喜歡房子不要太大間.房子太大做清潔工作累人.感覺上沒有溫馨氣氛.我喜歡房子地坪二十坪初左右是二樓半就好.我以前房子的夢想就是像設計師你設計的房子現在這樣.我喜歡二樓前後有走廊式陽台不用大.前陽台種花.後陽台曬衣服.追加二樓上去後面部分再多一間矮閣樓.當儲物間.放很少使用物品.

It makes more sense to have a bedroom on the second floor. If you have guests or any company that young people do all the time, it would be useless to go back and forth to prepare drinks or bring more snacks. You must bring all the groceries upstairs too. And a beautiful balcony for the bedroom will come in handy.

Laundry is separate from the kitchen, and close to the restroom. That is excellent.
This design keeps you from eating much. Haha! And you'll burn calories by using the stairs. 😊

Buka an kaca, biar hemat listrik siang hari dan pencahayaan baik
Lantai 1
2 kamar tidur, 2 kamar mandi, 1 ruang keluarga gabung dg kitchen set lurus, tangga lurus kl ada sisa tangga L sedikit aja supaya tdk menghabiskan ruang, musholla(atap transparan, biar bs liat langit) dan tempat wudhu 2 kran, 1 ruang cuci jemur (jemuran bs ditarik naik turun) di lantai 1, car pot untuk 1 mobil, garasi mini untuk 2 sepeda motor dan 1 sepeda pancal, 1 taman/kolam koi biar udara dlm rmh sejuk dan alami atapnya transparan, taman depan rumah
Catatan:
• Jalan menuju pintu utama lega dr gerbang (tdk tersandung kendaraan)
• Tangga di dalam, tertutup kisi dr ruang tamu, privasi terjaga, supaya saat anak putri naik turun bisa bebas tanpa berkerudung, jd privasi aurot terjaga, turun dari tangga bisa langsung ke dapur/ruang keluarga, aurot terjaga
• Kamar mandi 1(shower, wc jongkok dan wastafel)
• Kamar mandi 2(shower, tanpa wc dan ada wastafel, di bawah tangga)
• Tempat tidur ukuran 200x140
• Jemuran, model jemuran yg bisa di tarik naik turun, jd hemat ruang, atap kaca, supaya kl ditinggal kerja/anak sekolah gak bingung kehujanan
• Dapur, ada buka'an jendela kaca, biar asap makanan tdk menyebar luas dlm ruang
• Musholla boleh di lantai 2
• Garasi 2 sepeda motor dan 1 sepeda pancal boleh menjd pintu akses ke 2 masuk rumah, atap boleh semi transparan/biru tp aman, pintunya blh besi semi terbuka, spy ada udara yg bs masuk
• Khusus garasi mobil, blh dlm betuk carpot atau bentuk garasi mobil dg sealing rendah spy lantai 2 bs agak tinggi sealingnya, terserah si pembuat desain, ini jaga-jaga aja kl misal punya mobil
Lantai 2
2 kamar tidur, 1 kamar mandi(wastafel, wc duduk dan wastafel), 1 kitchen set mini bgt buat nyuci biar gak turun ke lantai 1, 1 ruang keluarga, 1 tempat tandon(Merek Mpoin hitam/tangki kuras 1000 liter) dinding kisi, rooftop/tempat barbeque, ruang cuci jemur di lantai 2(atap kaca supaya kl di tinggal kerja gak bingung kehujanan)
