There are 3 main reasons why Japan's bullet train speeds are not standarlized and not running above 320kph. 1. Due to Japan's noise regulations (70dB or less in residental areas /75dB or less in commercial and industrial areas) When running at over 350kph, the noise level exceeds 80dB. The train has steps, like every other ICE in Germany, and the use of the on-board lift is necessary for wheelchair boarding. This lift must be operated by train staff and unfortunately this lift is very prone to technical failures. You also have to register the trip as a wheelchair user so that the "help" can also take place. This train is therefore not a prime example of "accessibility".

This lift must be operated by train staff and unfortunately this lift is very prone to technical failures. You also have to register the trip as a wheelchair user so that the "help" can also take place. This train is therefore not a prime example of "accessibility".

this list is completely wrong xD
Meanwhile in the githurai,we are arguing about what we can send ruto home
When it came to the spanish raills (Talgo), you spelled it Taglo but it is spelled like it is written. (Tahlgo). And when Talking about the ICE 4, there were footages of various Siemens Velaro (ICE2/ICE3 trains). The ICE4 is currently set to max speed of 265kmph (which is about 1170mph). But otherwise it‘s an impressive video again.
P.S.: We don‘t spell the ICE trains (Ice as in ice cream) but rather Ei Ce Eh (because ICE stands for Inter City Express). Interesting also that you already have shown concept arts of the Velaro Novo which is part of the ICE 5 generation project which will replace the ICE 3 (Velaro) by 2030s, however there‘s also competition from Alstom and Talgo so it‘s not sure if Siemens or Alstom/Talgo will take place to build the new ICE 5 generation.
Huh..? 5:50 I don't know who came up with that name - or why - but TGV lead should maybe have a chat with their pr-team...
Some perspective; The fastest train travels just under half the speed of sound. 😳
The new maglev train being developed in China claims to reach speeds of up to 600 km/h, but it has only been able to travel on a test track of just 1.5 km at speeds of around 30 km/h.
Same with the japanese train. But china does have the fastest operational train right now..
agv only 223m/h why is 2nd in list since are other way more fatser and closer to 1st?
Number 15 is in fact as fast as the number 1. I guess it's just Western bias. Lol.
isn's Hexie (和谐) same as Harmony? HeXie is the Chinese pinyin means harmony in En.
It's a Chinese dream anyway. Even if it were realized, it would not be accepted by the citizens, and it would probably cause accidents and become useless.
中華製はまだ外観しか出来ていなく得意のハリボテ、新幹線の様にコピー出来ない為、完成は無理だろう。
I'd love to ride one
Australia must have high speed rail way for the future generations and Australia must have in sixty years ago when the world 🌍🌍🌍🌍 high powered 🚆 train's 😅😮😢😅😮😢
5:28 ICE 4? it is named i.....c....e not ice...lol ask a german where is my ice? and he sends you to a eisdiele!
China and Japan are dominating the railway technology
I think MPH was confused with KPH a few times
The transrapid was actually founded in germany, while a test ride with pasangers had an horrible accident they stopped the project and selling the plans to china!
The script for this video is abysmal. Research 0/10, pronunciation -5/10
The number of views is more important than the content of the video.
"Carbon Footprint" 🙄
Yes
Hope somebody recommend my videos to those who are interested in Chinese.
I teach Chinese with humor and cute pictures.
Chinese characters still retain their pictographic origins. Knowing what the characters look like originally can help understand the meanings and remember them.
I’ve spent about 100,000 hours studying English humor and Western culture, and many years studying Chinese culture and jokes. My native language is Chinese.
We need a super train in the United States. From Detroit to California are from California to Florida or Texas would be a cool ride
Super high speed train from New York to Miami.
New York to Miami
New York to Dallas
New York to Houston
The list feels like it has been flipped..
I get a laugh when the announcer talks about how electric trains in China are environmentally friendly because they run on electricity. Meanwhile, China is burning tons of coal for the electricity to run those trains.
Its still better than thousands of fuel burning cars, planes and diesel engines too tho, he has a point.
@@Pozafria You’re just replacing one form of pollution for another
@@wsbowles but its less pollution in the long run, I prefer the coal and oil plants to power the electric grids of fast and efficient trains rather than powering thousands of cars and gas stations.
Also, what would be your alternative?
@@Pozafria Actually, more pollution with the mining. Besides, who says we need an alternative? It is impossible to replace gas cars with electric without destroying the economy. This country already leads the world in pollution busting technology. Any effort to go electric is promoting slave labor with the mining of minerals needed for batteries and solar panels. And, you’ll never produce enough batteries to make any dent in the energy usage. It’s already been proven.
I don’t know which country you are from. Let me ask you a few questions first. If 1.4 billion people were placed in your country, could you ensure that they would all have food to eat? Can 600 million people be lifted out of poverty? But I don’t have to worry about anything in China. I eat well. I have a house and a car. I feel safe. I don’t worry about shootings or robberies. My daily means of transportation when traveling is high-speed rail. China has 42,000 kilometers of high-speed rail. Do you have any? ? Put away your ridiculous arrogance.
10out of 10
Shit makes me wanna see a Snowpiecer season 4 so bad
US should use maglev track rail train which, i think is much safer than running on top of rail tracks with rolling wheel which could jump off the rail when it run above 200kph/hr.. Maglev tracks put the train secured on its tracks as if it seems like it's lock on the rail of course, rail on this kind of train has good long tracks different to a regular train. 200 kph/hr running on vast land of US is still slow when the distance is 1,000 miles or more.

The speed limit mentioned is not alphabetical order.🧐🧐🧐
Alphabetical?
Numerical, you mean?

Miles per hour? Am I supposed to watch it a calculator in hand, better just stop it.
Be more open minded
@@justSTUMBLEDupon I am able to calculate roughly in mind miles in kilometers. I know and respect that in some countries miles are used. However, in the rest of the world we use metric. And to prepare some subtitles with km/h is not so complicated, I believe.
"In some countries" miles are used. That'd be the USA, Liberia & I guess we could still include the UK, who only ever converted to metric in a half-arsed fashion.
the Northeast in america
has 2200 train stations
more than any other

Most importantly, if the railway business does not operate sustainably and in the black, it will accumulate huge debts. If we are burdened with debt and run a deficit, we will only be used for diplomatic and political purposes.
Says "Shanghi train reduces carbon footprint" neglects to mention all the coal China burns to make the electricity used; with no regards to carbon output
Türkiyede Hızlı Trenlerimiz var görmenizi isterim kar atarak savurarak giden
China's high-speed rail has no life insurance🤣
At least they have a good safety record, with only 1 derailment which was over 10 years ago.
Death is the problem
In Indonesia, too, there have been fatal accidents.
This is not the case in Japan
@@スミルM What fatal accidents are you referring to?
Is this supposed to be in chronological / ascending order because #17 is faster than those at the top of the list.
💚💚 WOW!
