Company tax is 28% but if you pay yourself dividends you still get taxed a further 20%....So how is the company tax efficient when you still get taxed close to 43% in total? Or do you use the company to buy your own personal stuff instead of paying yourself dividends(i.e buy a car in company name before declaring dividends)? Also isnt a Trust fund better than a company for asset protection unless you want higher leverage?
