Maddness, leasehold , So small some more $1.3 mio RM. Normal freehold double storey terrace in JB is selling 600-700k rm. Don’t you think this is grossly overpriced. Above 1 mio Rm how many Malaysians can afford? That means no exit strategy as local no like leasehold plus above 1 mio Rm few locals can afford. Like that buy for what , to leave it to rot? Foreigners not so stupxd lah.
Developer’s main target is Singaporeans. If priced too cheap “radish head” won’t fell for it.
With 600-700K, you can only find old, poor quality or bad location double storey terrace in JB nowsday, and that's for local Malaysians. In Bukit Indah and Iskandar Puteri, it's not easy to find new and good quality double storey terrace under 1 mil. In Eco Botanic, 2100 sqft storey terrace is selling 1.2 mil without renovation, and many buyers are looking for it, but only few owners want to sell. This is today's market. Many properties in JB are not build for local Malaysians, are for foreign buyers. For Singapore and foreigne buyers, 1 mil plus double storey terrace is still a cheaper price compare to their own countries.
