    Natutunan ko ang tamang pag gamit nang aircon noong kumuha ako nang lisensya dito sa South Korea kasama sa written examination na dapat laging sagad ang aircon kapag magpapalamig nang sasakyan then unti unti mo nalang ibababa pag malamig na. Salamat sa info paps. More power!

    Greetings Paps. Yung dalawang sample sa video thermostat po tawag duon conventional saka ecu controlled pero the same functionality. Yung Blue/Red thermostat/humidstat/heating control po tawag dyan. Pinagsasabay ang cooling at heating function para ma control ang humidity. ( yung evaporator ang nag act as dehumidifier at re-heat coils ang tumutulong para uminit ulit ang hangin galing sa evaporator) yung blue knob na cocontrol depende sa range through intake sensor na nakakabit sa evaporator. Yung heater manual sya ang airflow na control sa variable damper as well as fresh air intake. Sa pang unawa ko mas best approach kahit hindi sagad ang setting ng cooling basta sarado ang fresh air vent hindi maapektuhan ang compressor. Yung tinatawag na de-fogger ayun yung heaters assembly nakakabit sa back windshield na kulay pula na lines. Pinapainit nya yung salamin para hindi mag moisture.

    Dun sir sa remarks mo po sa part "na mas pinahihirapan" 22:25, hindi siguro..
    Halimbawa naka set ang temp control switch sa 3/4 at ang lamig at sabihin na natin na 24 degree ang nilalabas na hangin..
    Kung magcicirculate ung hangin at babalik sa blower, masesesense ng Thermistor (black cable na nka aatached sa evaporator na nakapwesto sa incoming flow from blower) or yun nabangit mo sir na Thermal Sensor. Kapag nameet ni thernistor yun bumalik na hangin na 24 degree, dun na sya magssend ng signal kung saan mag ccut off ang compressor...
    So wala issue kung saan nka set ang Temp Control Switch..
    As per E26 Nv350 manual.
    (Page 4-3 " Heater and Air Conditioner)
    wala nka saad dun na kailangan ay "full cold" ang settings. Ang nkasaad dun ay "Desired" . ibig sabihin, nasa sa iyo kung saan mu sya isset kasi Manual Aircondition ang E26 sa Philippine Market.
    So kung sagad lamig ang settings mo, eto yun "Desired Temperature " na gusto mo sa van...

      Naiintidihan ko ang ibig mo sabihin idol, gaya nga ng nakasaad na desired ay talagang makukuha mo ang desired na temp by blending the hot and cold air pero yong thermistor idol ay naiiwan yung inaachieve nyang value dahil walang connection yung controller sa value ng thermistor.kung ang blended air ay 24 then ang inaachieve nya ay 22, matagal o halos di nya agad makukuha iyon dahil bukod sa init ng cabin, araw at haluan mo pa ng heat from heater core, hindi nya iyon agad makukuha. Ang key point dito idol ay ang ecu ang nagsasabi kung kailan sya hihinto at mag set ng value ng evap temp bago sya huminto at hindi mababago iyon ng temp control..

      Tama ka boss, ang knob ay may given temprature value, halimbawa na set mo sa pinakasagad nang color blue ay 16degress, aslong na hindi maabot ang ganong temperature hindi magpapahinga ang compressor natin, ilang minuto kaya bago maabot ang ganong kalamig na temperature, ok lang sana pag gabi, what if tanghaling tapat, tapos nakabilad kapa sa initan.

      Ang pinagtataka kulang kung paano ma detect nang ecu ang gusto kong temperature sa cabin kung walang thermostat na nasi set, ok lang ang mainit na hangin dahil meron kang blendor ma control mo pero ang malamig na hangin at mainit e combined mo, wala nang oras para makapag pahinga ang compressor, ones na ma off si compre instant mainit yan dahil tuloy tuloy ang buga nang mainit na hangin.

      @@jokochiuable so ano gagawin idol para hindi uminit ung hangin? Kasi ung avanza MT G 2017 model, pag nagpa harurot ako pag long distance, umiinit na hangin. Nasa 50% lng settings ko. Ano ba dapat gawin para medjo malamig pa din ung hangin ng AC ko?

    Good info po. share ko lang. sa mga car na May electronic climate control, mag auto off na ang compressor pag nag select ka ng mataas na temperature. Meaning mag open ang flap by motor servo (not cable) ng heater core that corresponds to the desire heat.

    This is very informative. 6 years na almera ko kala ko mas makakatulong sa compressor yung adjustments ko na 23 to 25 degrees Celsius. Dapat pala naka 18 lang

Nissan Almera kotse ko kagaya siya ng Aircon sa NV350 may heater din.. kaya pala sa tanghali prang trabaho ng trabaho ang compressor ko kasi hindi naka sagad ung blue kasi naka tambay lng sya palagi sa ganun na settings kasi nga para pag nag gabi di ko na pipihitin.. akala ko kaya panay andar compressor dahil mainit lng sa tanghali.. yun pala mas nahihirapan sya kasi umaagaw din sa lamig yung heater.       Update mga idol. Effective nga. Naka sagad yung blue sa tanghali tapos 1 fan. Lumalamig na sya ng todo at nag aautomatic ang compressor.. mas nakakatipid nga ako sa gas napansin ko.. ganun pala talaga dapat kapag may heater ang aircon. Buti napanood ko to. Akala ko mas nakakatipid ako pag hindi ko sinasagad ang temp.. hindi pala to kagaya sa Toyota vios na blue ang thermostat.. Feel na feel ko na ang lamig ni Nissan 😆😂

      Another update 😆 3 years na Almera ko ngayon. Malamig pa rin aircon ko. Effective talaga tong method na to sa mayroong heater core. Sa ngayon wala pa problema evap at compressor ko. Alaga lng din sa pagpalit ng Cabin Filter 😁👍🏼

      Sa pagkakaalam ko, hindi na kable ang nag-ooperate ng blend door ng heater and a/c. Mostly ang bagong design ngayon ay electric actuator motor ang nagpapagalaw ng blend door ng model na ipinakita mo. Sa mga bagong modelo na mayroon heater ay hindi na dumadaan sa evaporator ang hanging pag-gusto mo ang warm air. Separate na ang pagdistribute dahil sa design ng hvac. Ang blend door ay tumatakip na sa evaporator and open naman ang flow ng hangin to heater core at ganon din pag ang request mo ay a/c, takip naman ang evaporator. Anyway keep up the good work.

    Base sa experience ko, 2017 bumili kami brand new Hyundai Accent. Ang settings na ginagawa ko ay laging hindi sagad. Minsan malapit na sa red pag malamig panahon. Ayun afyer 2 years bumigay aircon nawala ang lamig. ECV lang pinalitan all goods na ulit. Advise sakin ng ac tech isagad lang at wag ng galawin kahit kailan. Ngayon 5 years na walang naging sira. Ngayon naka Kia Stonic naman ako, same din ginagawa ko max all the way. Wala ng baguhan ng settings. Wag kayo matakot hindi lalakas sa gas sasakyan nyo.

      @@nandy1256 pag sobrang lamig idol nagagamit parin, maganda lang na sagad pag maiinit pero sa gabi malamig, doon tayo magbabawas. Pero sa operation ng compressor, di natin mababago. Naka depende sya sa outside temp o ambient temp sensor. Siguro mga minus 5 deg. Kung 29 sa labas, 24 ang kailangan nya maachieve sa loob bago huminto parang ganun. Not sure kung anong temp pero ganun sya gumagana. Kaya para sa akin mas okay yung design na walang heater core, kaso yung ibang manufacturer kasi kung ano release nila sa ibang bansa, ganun na din binibigay sa atin kaya kahit hindi natin kailangan masyado yung heating, ehh yun parin ang binigay sa atin. Mas maganda lang sa ganitong design ay mas macocontrol natin ang lamig at init pero sa compressor, talagang mas bet ko ang design na walang heater core..

      Tama,mapansin mo di gumagamit ng heater core ang toyota,kaya di prone sa overheating,sa nissan po yan ang design nila kahit sa lumang van nila,kaya pag nagkaproblema na sa aux fan overheat na,wala control,pero jan po sumikat si nissan sa a/c nila...malamig...

      @@neonlion9616 by experience sir at mayroon din ako sasakyan, baka worn out na po yong belt ng compressor, ku g hindi pa naman worn out sa katagalan kasi ay nababatak din at lulmuluwag kaya i adjust na yong tensioner para di na mag slide yong belt.

    Salamat igan, ganito problem ko sa aming FE 3.2 A/C, Di ko alam kung paano ang tamang setting NG pihitan na may blue/red color... susubukan Kong I-set ngayon sa max setting ccw... isa na ako sa mga subscriber mo ngayon... ty po ulit...

    Masgugustuhin ko na lang compressor ang masira kayse 3 pyesa, sa advice applicable sa d masyadong mainit na lugar.kung nasa metro manila malabo mangyari sinasabi mo at mas malala pa ang resulta dahil hindi titigil ang therostat,axpansion valvle at compressor..wag mo aalisin ang mga factor na natural climate at dami ng pasahero.kung matagal ka nang mekaniko maiintindihan mo kung bakit laging sira ang aircon ng mga suv o tamaraw fx.kung mababa ang settings ng temperature ganun din ang resulta mag papatay sindi ang system mo dahil mabilis uminit lalo kung marami ang nakasakay.sa advice mo binigyan mo lang ng stress yung 3 components ng aircon system

      @@eb9123 dapat naman patay sindi ang compressor dahil kapag hindi makapahinga mag o overheat yan at ikasisira niya, kaya importante ang thermostat para pag umabot sa desired setting temperature nang cabin off naman compressor

      Na consider mo na ba ang dami ng pasahero at natural climate?kaya nga ako sinasagad ko amg aircon ko para matagal mawala ang.lamig at para din matagal ang pahinga ng mga components ko.siguro king mag isa kalang at nasa bagio ka pwede yan para hindi madalas patay sindi ang aircon mo.d2 sa manila sagad mo aircon mo maglast ang lamig ng maximum 5 minutes bago mo maramdaman na nag engage ang magnetic clutch.well thats 5 minutes na napahinga where as kung mababa ang setting baka every minute tumatakbo yan at affected pa amg fuel consupmtion ko

      @@eb9123 ang purpose naman nang knob na yan para sa tempearture control kong anong degrees ang gusto mo, ang alam ko sa cold setting ay nag re range from 16 to 26 degrees, hindi naman katulad nang variable yan na pag e full mo bumibilis o lumalakas, sa aircon iba kahit e full mo yan ang compressor naka constant work pa rin yan, nag de defend yan sa rpm nang car engine, ang purpose nang knob na yan para sa temperature nang cabin na gusto mo e set, tulad nang gusto ko 20 degrees lang pag umabot nang 20 ang lamig sa cabin mag stop na yan ang compreossor, pero pag bumaba sa sa mga 24 mag wo work naman yan, may kailangan na temperature siyang e mainten, kahit na marami kang pasahero ganon pa rin yon kailangan ya e mainten sa ganong temperature na set mo, kaya pag hindi niya kaya aabutin pag maraming pasaheri hinding hindi mag stop working ang compressor natin maliban kong nag overheat na mamamatay nang kisa yan pero maya maya gagana naman yan, kaya kahit isagad mo yan kailangan ya abutin ang 16 degrees na maximum cold, pag ok ang aircontioning system nang sasakyan mo kaya niya yan abutin pero matatagalan dahil sobrang ginaw na yon ang 16 degrees.

      Maaring amg sinasabi monyung temperature na nasense ng thermostat sa evaporator..oo ma sense ng sustem yun pero yung cabin mo na nasa kalagiynaan ng traffic sa edza at kung meron kang apat na pasahero malabong maramdaman ng tao sa loob ng cabin ang 16 siguro maswerte ka ng maramdaman yun pag umuulan.ibiglang sabihin na kung himdi mo sasagad ang setting ng aircon mo hinidi titigil ang system at baka lalo mo hindi maramdaman yung lamig dahil yung evaporator mo nalang ang lumamig pero hindi sapat yung lamig na kailangan mo.kaya nga naglabas ng climate controll para hindi lang ang evaporator ang ma sense ng system pati na rin yung temperature ng cabin.ang idea lang naman ng isagad ang setting ng system is tulumgan mong makapagpahinga ang sytem mas matagal mawala ang lamig..at lagi mong consider ang factor na dami ng pasahero at temperature sa labas ng cabin. Kaya nga may sizes ang compressor dahil nagrerely canin capcity at at variable out put tx valve o expansion valve.

    Very informative idol! Question lang idol ok lang po ba mag on ng AC if kakaon lang ng kotse natin idol or bigyan ng mga 20 to 30 seconds bago mag oon ng ac?

      Kung mainit na ang makina idol pag start at bumaba na ang menor sa tama, pwede na buksan. Pag malamig ang makina, idol ang ginagawa ko, pag nawala ang cold engine indicator o pag nag 2 bar na ang temp saka ko binubuksan.

      paandarin mo na kaagad para magka load ang makina at mapapabilis ang pag reach sa operating temperature. Laging tandaan 100+HP makina mo samantalang ang compressor ilan HP lang. Logic...

      Sir, informative talaga ung video nyo. Ang problema lang sir e sana naglagay kayo ng inset na nakaclose-up sa dial ng ginagalaw nyo kc di ko marelate ung explanation dun sa dial kasi hindi makitang mabuti ung setting ng sagad or medium. Yun lang. Sensya na sir at newbie pa ako. Thank u.

      Sa may heater core idol mas makakatipid pa dahil mabilis mag automatic ang compressor.. pero pag walang heater core, hindi advisable na itodo dahil yung temp control ay nababago nya ang operation ng compressor. Yung mga iyon idol ay mas matipid sa diesel dahil papitik pitik lang ang compressor lalo na sa mababang settings..

    Sir matanong kulang sa explanation mo regarding sa blendor, kung binuksan mo nang kunti heatcore cyempre mag me mix ang lamig at mainit na hangain diba para ma control ang temperature nang hangin na lalabas sa vent, pag ganon nag sasayang kalang nang gas niyan, para saan ang malamig na hangin na dumaan sa eveporator, nagpakahirap ang compressor para maka produce nang malamig na hangin yon pala pagdating sa dulo ipa mix mulang pala sa mainit na hangin....may mali eh, ang dapat mangyayari diyan pag na set mo sa redline don mag open ang daanan nang hangin para dumaan sa heatcore habang ang compressor naman ay naka off para hindi naman masayang ang effort nang compressor malaki pa naman na fuel e consume pag naka on ang compressor natin, yong between nang red and blue ay ang natural na hangin, patay ang compresor sirado ang heatcore diba....just saying may opinion baka tama

      Tama ka jan yan din ang naisip ko pero yan talaga ang design na ginawa ng mga car manufacturer. Dapat pinaghiwalay nila ang air output ng heating at cooling. Saka hindi mokokontrol ang warm/hot air dahil always hot ang heater core from coolant/engine unless ginawa nilang electric ang heater. Kaya ang ginawa nila ay BLEND DOOR ACTUATOR para makontrol ng lamig ang init and vice versa.

      Jusy change ur automatc transmission oil on prescribed period by the manufacturer. Oils loses is proper viscosity over time and work loads.
