I found a web article once that said the boxer Floyd Mayweather will NEVER eat food that has been microwaved. Of course, he has a personal chef who makes all his meals fresh.
The point is, that some believe that microwaving food destroys all the nutritional value that may have been there, so you're literally eating "dead" food.
It continues to surprise me how stone is the link that unites man around the world between unconnected populations. An inert element and at the same time so linked to life.
Hawaiians are a very strong race, both women and men. They have an admirable constitution.

No, in Basque culture we do not have any type of wrestling. However, stone lifting and other types of rural sports, yes.

@@Matt-jc2ml I don't think people make kids to experiment with genetics 😂 But height is only one parameter, it helps with some things, it does not with some others. It would all be up to the person what they want to be and to do, if the height helps or hinders.

You should do a episode on Fiji/Tonga/Samoa about their rugby culture those boys epitomise our sport and are some of the very best
Those 3 islands total populations may be a million? But they produce some of the best athletes in rugby. Kids of Samoan n Tongan decent in America have a 60 percent higher chance to make the NFL compared to other races.

You relate to people of all nationalities with an openness and peace that I think really exemplifies the best attributes of us all. In almost every video in this series, I reluctantly find myself moved to tears by people from every corner of the planet setting and achieving goals of strength and watching the triumph and elation on their face. It makes me strive for my own sense of accomplishment and stokes my desire to achieve something for myself. Thank you so very much for your tireless dedication. I truly hope the right people see this and enable you to make these episodes longer and even more immersive.

The Pacific islanders are strong, many of the world's strongest powerlifters, strongmen, weightlifters, rugby players, throwers and sumo wrestlers hail from these tiny island nations.
Also nice to catch glimpses of world record holding powerlifters Stacia Cambra competing in the woman's events.
I don't think that is true. Yes they are defnitely one of the strongest people on the planet, just naturally strong but unfornately they are under represented in sports like powerlifting, olympic lifting, strongmen. They usually seem to go for rugby. Name 1 known pacific islander in the top 10 or even 20 strongman, powerlifting, or olympic lifting. As for sumo and throwing, i am not familiar with that.

@@elafzal5866 Last year, Isaac Silva of Hawaii competed in the Sub Master Division at the WABDL Championships, taking home the State, National and World title for this division for the official Raw bench press. Being a fan of University of Hawaii Football, one of my idols as a kid was Joe Onosai who went on to play for the Dallas Cowboys and would later qualify for the World's Strongest Man competition four times and reached the finals twice in 1994 (7th place) and 1995 (9th place). Onosai has official USPF drug tested bests of 843.2 pound squat, 711 pound deadlift and a 628 pound bench. As far as female competitors, in 2022, Hawaiian Bradina Anae set the all-time drug tested female record for the squat, bench-press and deadlift. Closer to home, a friend of the family who recently passed away, Francis Silva, who was born in Western Samoa and raised in Hawaii, had official USPF drug tested bests of 804.7 pound squat, 655.8 pound deadlift and 579 pound bench-press. Not bad for a tiny state like Hawaii, where this video was filmed.

Love the content guys! As being part japanese and kanaka maoli, tahitian and maori these last few episodes have hit home for me.
The best thing about these ancient strength sports is that most people who still do them are purely natural. As a European it is so annoying to see EVERYBODY is at least on trt and other roids these days. Love to see other strong pure naturals who deadlift 300kg and honour the culture of their forebears

They are BY FAR the biggest, strongest, scariest athletes I have ever seen.

You should go to new zealand or australia or other polynesian islands beside hawaii if you want to meet real polynesians with minimum admixture. The polynesians in hawaii, native hawaiians, are mostly already mixed heavily with asians or white, a lot of them doesn't really look like the "archetype" polynesians
