Every dancer is celebrated, from those who are trained and showing off, to those who play around and don't take it seriously. Even the most shy wallflower cannot resist the open arms of the party. For anyone interested, the song that the two ladies were singing in this, is - "Nature Boy" by Nat King Cole. Although, Celine Dion and other great artists have also sung it.

[Num Num Instrumental]
There was a boy
A very strange enchanted boy
They say he wandered very far
Very far, over land and sea
And then one day
One magic day he passed my way
And while we spoke of many things
Fools and kings
This he said to me:
(Oooo I like this one)
Ooo this looks like a cavalcade
Of beggars, sin, n wine
So let's pour the chardonnay
But don't hate what you find
Towns of ash
With a music born sickness
More you dance
The more you grow finished
Come and prance
With the mad and the livid
Oh it's kickin in
Cause I've been waitin far too long
To not play my part
And not fear the wicked
With open arms I welcome thee
But please believe
You won't leave in rhythm

No one seems to appreciate just how perfectly balanced this is. Having been in band from the 5th grade all the way through highschool and still having friends in band in college, not enough people understand just how hard it is to balance the sound of a piece. The fact that I can pick any individual part of the rhythm and still hear it just fine, even with everything else, is a musical thing of beauty.
Edit: Because I want to avoid confusion in the future. First, I'm not making this comment to be like "oh wow look at this thing I noticed that no one else did, I'm so much better" when I made it there weren't many comments talking about the composition, so I made one. Second, I'm not saying that the piece is actually perfect, it's simply a comment appreciate how complete strangers can come together with no previous communication and make something that sounds fairly decent

This makes me think of a travelling caravan of performers, known to be the finest dancers around, whose music and merriment invite others to their dancing. Every dancer is celebrated, from those who are trained and showing off, to those who play around and don't take it seriously. Even the most shy wallflower cannot resist the open arms of the party.
And then the next day, the caravan moves on.
And no one who danced that night can bring themselves to ever dance again.
No one ever sees the caravan until it shows up in the next town, either, and it’s never visited the same place twice.
That's because the old time traveling musicians in caravans where mostly Roma, (whose music is influenced by the Balkans) which is similar to Jewish and well... Balkan music that came to the US in the late 1800s and mixed with black music to form this type of genre!
