That is different! Pens are not my thing, but its very interesting. I almost purchased a wen mini lathe for 100. But lm in the bowl thing . But l found it interesting an the wood caught my eye. Nice work, pens are a big thing, l have wood tool magazines. An its mostly ink pens. Some absolutely beautiful wood involved.
I only got small branches. Not sure what else I could make. Pen was the first thought. But the color is so striking. I am not sure if heat brings it back if it fades, but it will be interesting to see if it fades over time. Thanks so much for watching!

Nice Chris. Since you made a video you have an easy record of knowing when you cut it down, and can keep an eye on any color change.😊
