Learning from tough times and celebrating successes - that's what real estate is about. Finding a partner based on trust is like finding a great team. Nice video!!
@realestaterookie great video. I would love if you could do a video or at least ask your guests what impact social media has had on their real estate investing journey. I personally feel social media challenged and don’t really know where to begin. If I can avoid it altogether I will, but if it truly helps accelerate my progress I will definitely consider educating myself.
this is a great point. honestly, it has been big for us. there are a ton of facebook real estate groups that have good wholesale deals. we also wholesale on facebook as well. its been big for us. i would not avoid it if i was you. join all of the real estate groups in your area!
it seems she just didn't want to tell the # like what her total value of her real estate portfolio or how much her flip made or how much the purchase price.
Technically, this is real estate rookie. For people who have never started, this may make RE investing more doable for them. When I first saw it, I felt how you did. But I still watch sometimes because I like hearing other people's journey.
Congrats! After you sold your primary home for equity since you couldn’t qualify for a loan to get the equity out..how did you qualify for that next primary you bought?
Makes sense why you're questioning that. My assumption is because nobody was able to watch the kids. She mentioned moving from California and as of now I didn't hear about where the man is from (I'm still listening) so as a parent that's my first thought.
@@randomsonmymind6919 @mikefeir That's exactly right! We had an 8 month old and childcare wasn't something we wanted to or could consider. So it was a risk but the only way to get it done.
Very inspiring and motivating to get started.
Great info. Thank you.

Great story but wish she go over the number little more in depth. It seems like she just glossed over purchase price and #. Thanks
Which numbers are you curious about? Happy to help explain! We could only go over so much content in such a little bit of time!
27 good for her 🎉

This is an inspiring story Mackenzie! Thanks for sharing your journey with the BP Rookie community.
She didn't give enough details like house prices and profit so we know how how real estate investing is going for her overall.

Alot of it is thanks to you!
Congratulations on your success Mackenzie!
Thank you!
Why would the husband quit his job so the wife can try out being a real estate agent? That made no sense.

Yeah, makes no sense. Sounds like he did like this job and wanted an excuse to quit and why not lean in 100% with RE
Why does that not make sense?
Doesn't make sense to me ether guess they had plenty money to live on well she was learning to be a agent guess it worked out great 😂
W is she modeling her looks on Meghan Markle?
