I am sure you know now, but you don't need to be writing down all your sales and SKU's manually. Your square reader can be connected to your Etsy shop and all the sales are taken from there. (input cash sales as well as card) you can then see a list of all your sales and the quantities are automatically deducted from your amounts listed in your Etsy store.

I honestly am still not too sure of the perfect amount to bring, but I generally bring more products that are popular online (normally about 30-40 pcs?). Things that are easy to transport I normally bring a lot of too, since it's low risk and not super heavy (i.e. stickers). I know it's pretty vague, but I hope this helps!
