My father had mars in cancer very traumatic upbringing. Very undependable and irrational anger and emotions. He drank a lot and the only time he appeared satisfied was cooking in the kitchen. Very strange looking kind of feminine. He had no trouble begging and shifting his responsibilities to others. Very suck life he caused a lot of trouble in the family!

In my experience that is a bad position for a man. They're very needy and they don't venture far from where they can beg and parasite off of others.
To add to this thought a year later my father had a twin sister who was very normal without a bunch of problems. That's why I think mars in cancer affects men much more than women.
