Now I am 100% sure that stage in Italy was bad not only because of the sun. To me, seems that they decided to play all-in with it and forget about other lights like audience lights, etc. Ofc, there was lots of stage lighting, but compare to this - Italy missed that vibe.
Definitely agree on that but the majority of the eurovision fans hate wide shots which would be necessary to show off the lights and as you can see in the comments of the 2nd rehearsals of 2019 the wide shots weren't really loved by the community...
@@ibim1oreo633 Yeah that could be the reason why but I feel sad about the efforts of lightshow this year lack of exposure plus only few people is able to see the lightshow due to health protoccols.
They had the best light show on ESC 2021, no doubt.

Like the best stage overall, it can do anything . Not Just 1 design, every country can truly make their performance theirs.
