We MIGHT be getting that (or something similar) next movie! I heard it’ll be next year, but I’d wait to get excited until we get an official date from a trailer (and even then, it might change) because things in Hollywood are kinda up in the air right now. Also, they said it’ll be animated, and that the style will be unique, so whether that means it’ll still be the same universe as Bumblebee and ROTB, but just with a few aesthetic changes that just spice things up for this film, like Puss in Boots 1 compared to Puss in Boots: the Last Wish, or it’ll be a completely different universe, with no relation to the current live action universe outside of both being theatrical Transformers movies, I’m at least very interested in it, and at most reasonably hyped for it! But again, it most likely will be a while before anything is revealed further.

As a kid growing up with Bay Transformers G1 never ever existed. This is all copied from Bay Transformers I hate it when they used the fake characters that never existed. Bay Transformers rocks G1 is all fake.
Are you kidding me OMG. G1 came well before bay's transformers. Every character you see in this movie are all from G1 1984 transformers. Any true G1 fan will tell you to go back to school and do your research kid. Kids these days will never truly understand G1 like we do. Kid you are going to soon get bombard by other G1 fans.

People only came see it because the main Autobot is called Optimus Prime voiced by Peter Cullen. Even the main human character stole a name from G1. It's the biggest G1 knock-off out of all Transformers.
