My first ever visit to Devkund waterfall near Pune in monsoon. Devkund waterfall trek in monsoon is soo amazing to experience. MUST VISIT place.
Devkund Waterfall is located in Bhira Patnus and since it went viral on social media, it has become extremely crowded and dangerous place. Several lives have been lost while amateurs try to visit this place on their own. It is the confluence of three waterfalls and is said to be the origin of Kundalika River. It is about a three-hour trek from base village along the dam backwater and through forest to reach this place known as ‘Devkund’. A major part of the trek goes through some semi-dried forests with the river running parallel and sometimes crisscrossing through the route. A guide is required to be taken during the trek as there is dense forest around.

Kolad road is always in little bad condition but if you go safely and on average speed its good to travel devkund

No you can't, its deep thats why they have that tope there. Also there is a watchman always keeps eye on people so that they can't cross

This trek is really not a joke, it can literally cost you ur life bcs they don't have proper safety measures, nor emergency medical facilities. Trek is amazing and the waterfall is like heaven bt the roads and the risk can kill ur adventure completely.
Exactly mate specially the last 30min trek is dangerous and too tough to climb. Not for childrens and aged people. Need more improvement for route and facilities.
