Ingredients:
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
10 dry red chilies
2 spring Curry leaves
1 cup small onion(150g)
1 inch Ginger +12 Garlic cloves
1/4 cup coconut pieces
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
250 g Mushroom
required Salt
curry leaves and coriander leaves for garnishing

For people who don't like mushrooms but want this taste and texture, try using soya chunks. Meal maker. I think that will work. Soak the chunks in hot water to prepare it, then squeeze the water out and add it in the onion and masala.

Hi akka, I had this mushroom pallipalayam I a hotel. They deep fried the mushroom with a corn flour coated batter and then sauted with the masala. The coconut turned out crunchy with lots of big onion, red chilly and curry leaves That was very yummy. You can try that next time and give to alandra kutty.
