- See how a first gen Mazda MX-5 Miata from 1993 drives in 4K. It was very busy on my favourite road, so it wasn't possible to do crazy stuff. The road is nearby Groningen in The Netherlands and was filmed in April 2020.
Normally I wear my Roadr.nl driving gloves for a more intense and better driving experience, but I forgot to bring them.

- Mazda MX5 Miata NA 1993 1.6
- Sperr diff from a 1.8 Miata
- Enkei wheels
- Cobalt exhaust (proper sound)
- HSD suspension.
- Lotus elise seats

Ik had een diff uit een 1.8, omdat de standaard lawaai maakte. Volgens mij is dat een torsen?
Hopefully gonna have one of my own by the end of the year, Currently daily a little ek civic hatch, 5 speed manual and it’s a fantastic car but I just love miatas so much and I know if I don’t get one soon the prices will be through the roof before I know it

I picked one up a month ago. Be prepared that even low mileage ones are getting to the 100,000k service. Completely optional but a good peace of mind to do. Its about $500 in parts and a days work by yourself but it will keep the car minty fresh from the get go
I'm looking to get an ek hatch instead of my miata.... My yatas a piece tho definitely a project or a sketchy daily 😂
@@Pheatan The 100k service? it isn't an aircooled porsche dude :p Regular maintenance (oil, belts, filters, CAS O-ring, etc.) will do.

If your worried about height in a Miata I daily one at 6’2” and 200 lbs. Get a bucket seat and aftermarket steering wheel if you feel cramped.

No, the 116hp.
What size is your steering wheel?? Is it 330mm?
350mm and a deepish of 90mm. Perfect size if you ask me. I'm 1.95cm tall, and fit right in!

Miata prices are on the rise
yes. i saw a 94 with 170k listed for 9700. 9700 is the current bid, mind you... make me wanna sell tbh. i just got a z3 3.0i with 170k for 2500. records and all. wouldnt be suprised if those start to rise too as people eat up all the miatas

1.8 all day dude. Don’t waste your time with the 1.6 shortnose crank. The 1.8 will save you a big headache and the power is a little bit better, but nothing crazy ofc haha.

A bone stock 1.6 litre four cilinder.
