i hope this doesn't sound weird, but your little heart to heart at the end of the video made me want to say it. you're on my vision board. i have a section on my yearly vision board for just a handful of my biggest inspirations, and you're on it. being open about your struggles with anxiety only makes you more so, because you demonstrate creating a beautiful life for yourself, despite your brain sometimes trying to sabotage it. i love you so much and wish you could see yourself through your viewers eyes - because you are so loved, admired, and cared for by so many people. being part of the crippling anxiety/adhd club is lowkey the worst possible feeling, but you aren't alone and you deserve the absolute, glittering best in life. love love love you, des. ❤ (also, i'm so proud of you for upholding such a solid self care routine despite being eaten alive from the inside out. getting up, going to the gym, and getting your work done most days is a huge accomplishment and something to really pat yourself on the back for. it's not always easy, in fact i'm sure most days it sounds impossible until it's done, but you're doing the damn thing and i hope you give yourself credit for that bestie)

you may be using auquaphor incorrectly! its an occlusive, so it just traps things under it basically. So if your lips are dehydrated under, you are trapping dehydration. SO you need to wet your lips then put on a thick moisturizer (cerave cream is great) THEN put auquaphor over that and you should be set. no promises, but I have chronically dry lips and this is how I treat them!
