દક્ષિણ ગુજરાતમાં સુરત ની ખુબ જ પ્રખ્યાત સેવ ખમણી અને એમાય મઢી ની ખમણી સુરતમાં ફેમસ છે . સેવ ખમણી , સેવ ખમણ , અમીરી ખમણ એમ જુદા જુદા નામથી ઓળખાય છે . દરેક જગ્યા એ બનાવાની રીત પણ જુદી જુદી છે . આજે આપણે #OriginalSevKhamanirecipe થી બનાવી છે . પારંપરિક રીતે આવી રીતે જ બને છે જેથી આ #સેવખમણી ખૂબ જ સ્વાદિષ્ટ અને દાણાદાર બને છે . સેવ ખમણી ની #લીલીચટણી એકદમ તીખી મીઠી એવી સ્વાદમાં પણ આ રીતે જ બને છે .

I have seen several recipes of Sev khamani, tried some. But yours seems to be the best. Will definitely try it your way, without milk. You are right. With milk, it becomes too heavy to eat & digest. I would also like to try it in combination with Sweet corn.
